Working principle of concrete pump
When the pressure oil in the hydraulic system enters the master cylinder, the piston rod extends and the other piston rod retracts through the pressure oil in the communication pipe of the sealing loop. When the concrete conveying piston connected with the piston rod of the master cylinder retracts, it will produce a self-priming effect in the conveying cylinder. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the concrete in the hopper is sucked into the conveying cylinder through the suction port of the slide valve with the help of the stirring blades.
At the same time, under the action of oil pressure, the other master cylinder pushes the piston rod of the master cylinder to extend, and at the same time pushes the concrete piston to press out the concrete in the conveying cylinder and enter the concrete conveying pipe through the Y-shaped pipe at the conveying port of the slide valve. After the action is completed, the system automatically reverses the direction, so that the pressure oil enters another master cylinder to complete the oil suction and oil delivery stroke of another different oil delivery cylinder. Repeatedly, the concrete in the hopper is continuously sucked out of the conveying cylinder, and reaches the operation point through the pipeline and outlet connected by the Y-shaped pipe to complete the pumping operation.
Pipe cleaning of concrete pump
1. water washing: the gap between the cutting ring and the eye plate (for butterfly valve pump, the gap between the plate valve and the pull rod and the upper and lower wear plates) should be small, and a large amount of water should be kept tightly sealed so that the water after ball cleaning does not penetrate forward. At the end of flushing, pay attention to the water in the pipeline, and don't flow to the pouring place of concrete, so as not to affect the quality of concrete. This method is simple, less dangerous and commonly used.
2. gas washing: that is, blowing with compressed air. First, put the cleaning ball soaked in water into the gas washing connector, then connect the first straight pipe connected with the reducing pipe, and connect the safety cover at the end of the pipe. When gas washing, the pressure of compressed air should be controlled not to exceed 0.8MPa;; The air valve should be opened slowly, and the concrete can flow out smoothly to open the big air valve; Close the gas valve immediately after gas cleaning. Air washing needs to be equipped with an air compressor, which should be operated in strict accordance with the regulations, and the pipeline should be sealed, but it is not allowed to wash a long pipeline with air washing.
