Guangdong Xinhui Port International Freight Terminal Co., Ltd. is a branch of Guangdong Mingguan Group, including Tianma Port Area and Xihekou Port Area. Located in the southwest of the Pearl River Delta, Yinzhou Lake, a golden waterway where the tributary of Xijiang River meets the downstream of Tanjiang River, goes to sea through Yamenkou Channel, 98 nautical miles from Hong Kong and 47 nautical miles from Macau.

Tianma Port Area of Xinhui Port is a national first-class freight port, which is positioned as a port specializing in the loading and unloading, transportation, storage and container transit of international and Hong Kong and Macao foreign trade goods, and is a river-sea combined transport port. The land area of the port area is 1 0.28 million square meters, the wharf coastline is 323 meters long, the designed water depth is -8.86 meters, there are two berths of 5000 tons and10.500 tons, the designed annual cargo throughput is 860,000 tons, and the container110,000 TEU. The port has a complete set of production machinery, including four portal cranes with a maximum lifting capacity of 45 tons, and more than 50 container forklifts, tractors and other loading and unloading vehicles. Port joint inspection departments and transportation agencies are complete, providing "one-stop" service for merchants. At present, the maximum tidal level at the entrance of Yamen Waterway is -6.3 meters, which is navigable for 5000-ton ships. However, with the further improvement of Yamen Waterway by the government, its navigable depth is -7.2 meters. The company will build two 10,000-ton berths (with 30,000-ton functions) downstream of the existing wharf shoreline in Tianma Port Area, and it is planned to be completed and put into use in 2005. By then, 10,000-ton ships will directly enter and leave the world, which can greatly reduce the loading and unloading and transportation costs.

Xihekou Port Area is a national second-class port, specializing in the loading and unloading of domestic coastal and inland bulk cargo and domestic trade containers. The land area is 35,000 square meters, the wharf coastline is 350 meters long, there are 3 3,000-ton berths with a designed water depth of -6.5 meters, 4 300-ton berths with a water depth of 2.5 meters, the warehouse area is 1 1000 square meters, and the open yard is 5,263 square meters. Equipped with 7 mast crane and gantry cranes, the maximum lifting capacity is 40 tons, 1 container forklift, and the horizontal transportation equipment is complete.
