Where to go for the annual review of the forklift license?

The annual review of the forklift license is handled at the Quality Supervision Bureau and is not subject to geographical restrictions.

The annual review of forklifts must be submitted to the quality supervision department, and the following materials must be provided:

1. Fill in the "Special Equipment Operator Certification Application Form";

2. Two photos;

3. Copy of ID card;

4. Original operating certificate;

5. Participate in the training completion form in person. :

Forklift certificate related introduction: Forklifts are also called forklift drivers. Nowadays, there are many people who drive forklifts in the logistics or construction industry. Because forklifts are special vehicles stipulated by the state, the work of driving forklifts is a special operation. The state clearly stipulates that staff engaged in special operations must hold the corresponding employment certificate before they can work. The forklift certificate is the "employment certificate" for driving forklifts. "Certificate", so driving a forklift must have a forklift license.

Registration conditions for forklift license: 18 years of age or above, and a technical secondary school education (including high school, technical secondary school, and vocational high school) or above are required to apply. Registration information requirements: One copy each of ID card and academic certificate, four one-inch color photos or electronic version of the registration information.

The forklift driving license is a special vehicle driving license. The "Special Operations Operation Certificate of the People's Republic of China" is issued by the State Administration of Work Safety and needs to be processed by the local quality and technical supervision department. According to regulations, the forklift driving license must be reviewed every two years. The license holder should apply for review one month before the expiration of the certificate. If the certificate is not reviewed within the time limit or fails to pass the review, the competent department will cancel it and invalidate it.
