What are the unsafe factors in lathe processing?

(1) The operator did not wear proper protective clothing and goggles, so too much clothes were caught in the rotating parts.

(2) The operator collides with a rotating workpiece or fixture, especially the protruding part of an irregular workpiece, or uses his hands to chip, measure the workpiece, and adjust the machine tool without stopping, resulting in injury accidents.

(3) Injured, scratched or burned by thrown debris or belt-shaped debris.

(4) The workpiece and the cutter are not clamped, and the workpiece or the cutter flies out after the lathe is started, which hurts people.

(5) Insufficient local lighting of the lathe or the position where the lights are placed is not conducive to the operator's observation of the operation process, resulting in misoperation and injury accidents.

(6) The layout around the lathe is unreasonable, the sanitary conditions are not good, the workpieces and semi-finished products are piled up unreasonably, and the iron filings are not cleaned in time, which hinders the normal activities of production personnel, causing slip and injury or the workpiece (tool) falling and hurting people.
