With the support of Hunan Jingcheng Special Ceramics Co., Ltd., a high-tech demonstration base for the disabled, the employment promotion network for the disabled was officially opened on May 8, 2008.

Established strategic partnerships with dozens of well-known enterprises such as Donghua Software, IBM, Bank of China Law Firm, Panasonic, Guangdong Runheng Group and Disabled Friends Technology, and recommended more than 3,000 disabled people to work in enterprises.
