4. Registration method

5. Examination
The examination adopts the unit’s own recruitment examination, which is divided into written examination and interview.
(1) Written test
1. Written test method. The written test is a closed-book format. The content of the written test is the basic knowledge of the relevant majors for the recruitment position. The content of the test for the full-time counselor position is ideological and political theory and writing. The test does not specify exam tutoring books. The written examination is conducted on a 100-point scale, with a full score of 100 points.
2. Written test time: 9:00-10:30 on May 15, 2012 (90 minutes). Candidates can see the written examination admission ticket for the specific time, location and relevant requirements of the written examination.
(2) Interview
1. The interview candidates are determined. Based on the written test scores from high to low, candidates for the interview will be determined in a ratio of 1:3 to the planned number of recruitment positions. Those with the lowest written test scores within the ratio will all enter the interview. Publish the list of candidates for the interview on the notice board on the campus website of Hebei Institute of Physical Education (/) and notify the applicant.

3. The interview will be conducted in the form of trial lectures, professional skill demonstrations, and answering questions from experts, mainly testing the overall quality and related abilities of the candidates. The interview adopts a hundred-point system and is scored on the spot. The interview score adopts the "gymnastics scoring" method. One score and the lowest score are removed, and the average of the other scores is used as the interview score.
4. Qualification review. Before the interview, the Human Resources Department of our hospital will review the qualifications of the candidates participating in the interview.
During the review of qualifications, interviewers should provide the originals of their ID cards, admission tickets, graduation certificates, degree certificates and other relevant materials in accordance with the qualification requirements of the recruitment position. Candidates who fail to meet the registration qualifications after review will be disqualified from the interview. Applicants for the same position will be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest score in the written examination.
5. Total score synthesis. After the interview, the total test score will be calculated based on the written test score and the interview score, with a full score of 100 points. Among them, for teachers who focus on technology, the written test and interview scores will account for 30% and 70% respectively; for teachers who focus on theory, the written test and interview scores will account for 40% and 60% respectively. When calculating the candidate's score, two decimal places will be retained. .
6. Physical Examination, Assessment and Publicity
Based on the total test scores of the candidates, candidates for physical examination and assessment will be determined in a 1:1 ratio from high scores to low scores. If the total test scores are the same, the candidate with the higher interview score will be selected. The physical examination will be organized by the hospital designated by the college. The physical examination will be carried out in accordance with the current physical examination standards for civil servant recruitment. The physical examination expenses will be borne by the applicants themselves.
For those who pass the physical examination, the College’s Personnel Office will assess their ideological and political performance, moral character, professional ability, work performance, etc., and review their qualifications. Those who fail to pass the physical examination and assessment will be disqualified and candidates will be filled in in order from the highest score to the lowest score among those who applied for the same position.
Those who pass the physical examination and assessment will be determined as candidates for employment and will be publicized on the campus website of Hebei Institute of Physical Education for 7 working days.
7. Recruitment
If there are serious problems reported in the public announcement and verified with substantive evidence, and if they do not meet the employment conditions, their qualifications will be cancelled, and the candidates who applied for the same position will be selected from the candidates. The candidates will be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest according to the total score; for those who report serious problems but it is difficult to verify them at the moment, the employment will be suspended until the verification and conclusion are made.
