1, Leshan University of Technology belongs to several Leshan University of Technology and three schools. It is a full-time general institution of higher learning approved by the Ministry of Education. It is jointly founded by China Southwest Institute of Physics of Nuclear Industry and Chengdu University of Technology, the largest controlled nuclear fusion experimental base in Asia. It is the only university directly under the nuclear industry in China.
