1. Professional examinations are divided into two categories: stage art performance and stage art non-performance. Professional examination is divided into professional skill examination and professional quality examination. Take the professional skills test first, with a minimum score of 60. Then, from the candidates with the lowest scores in the professional skills test, according to the order of the test scores of candidates in each position from high to low, the personnel who enter the professional quality test range are determined according to the ratio of 3: 1 (the last one is tied, and all the tied personnel enter the professional quality test). 3. Examination major and work category.

4. Examination content: It is formulated according to the recruitment professional category and job conditions, and the professional examination time is not less than 20 minutes.
5. For professional written examinations, candidates must choose the national common language to answer. If the same subject paper is answered in more than two languages, it will be treated as zero.
6. Establish an examiner panel. The examiner group is divided into proposition group and professional examination group.
(1) Each proposition group consists of 1-2 experts, and two sets of questions are given according to the examination major and position, and the examiner chooses (set A or set B) questions on the spot.
(2) The professional examination group consists of 7 or 9 experts in each group, and the serial number of examiners is determined through on-site extraction, from which examiners are extracted. 7. On the same day, candidates in the same position must take professional examinations in the same examiner group and use the same set of questions. 8. 9. Relevant requirements
(1) The examination questions shall be managed according to relevant regulations, and a confidentiality agreement shall be signed with experts. The life, printing, transmission, storage and use of test questions must abide by the confidentiality provisions, and the whole process is supervised by the Disciplinary Committee of the Department of Culture and Tourism of the autonomous region.

10. The total score of professional examination 100, and the scores of professional skills and professional quality account for 7:3 of the total score.
The calculation formula of the total test score is: professional skill test score ×70%+ professional quality test score ×30%.

3.
