(1) In recent years, the state has increased its investment in education in southwest China, continuously promoted the development of ethnic minority areas, and vigorously advocated college students' voluntary support for mountain construction. This has created a good environment for our teaching activities.

(2) Through on-the-spot investigation, we are familiar with the local natural environment and human environment, which is conducive to the smooth development of our activities.

(3) Through communication, the friendly relationship with the local area has been strengthened, which has been unanimously welcomed by local schools and students.

2. Subjective aspects:

(1) fully prepared. Since May of this semester, we have been preparing for this activity, and every detail has been carefully planned and arranged.

(2) valuable experience. In the early stage of the activity, our team has exchanged experiences with other excellent teaching teams and conducted preliminary research, which has accumulated valuable experience for this activity.

(3) Ensure excellent team. Every member of our "_ _ Young Volunteers Love Teaching Association" teaching team will undergo screening, interview and training, and will have strict requirements in knowledge, ability and quality. Team members should not only have a strong sense of responsibility and team consciousness, but also have the determination to work hard.

Follow-up work of intransitive verb project

1. After the teaching, a summary meeting will be held to sort out the lesson plans, teaching reports, experiences and problems of each team member and provide experience for the next activity.

2. Organize notes, photos and videos, and make teaching posters, PPT and videos to further enrich our teaching blog. Through online publicity, more people can understand and pay attention to the educational development in poor mountainous areas.

3. Organize teaching activities and feed back the results of the project to everyone.

Seven, the assessment system

The local government will issue certificates of social practice to all members who participate in teaching, and those who perform well will receive certificates of outstanding volunteers from the Young Volunteers' Association for Caring and Teaching.

Eight, matters needing attention

(1) Before departure, team members should prepare what they need to carry, and their procrastination and carelessness should not affect the overall progress of the project.

(2) Team members must strictly abide by the internal management system of the team and have strong organizational discipline.

(3) All expenses of the team should be carried out on the basis of budget in line with the principle of economy, and extravagance and waste are strictly prohibited.

(4) In the teaching process, we should guard against arrogance and rashness, and solve the problems that may be encountered in the process with a calm and patient attitude.

(5) We must attach importance to the safety of local students and team members and strictly implement the safety guarantee system.
