When they enter the construction site, they are often attracted by advanced equipment. However, the construction workers either know nothing about machinery or have a little knowledge about machinery, but they start the machinery without authorization because of the poor quality of work, which leads to mechanical failure, but they don't know how to deal with this situation, so few people know the equipment failure and the actual use time.

1.4 The equipment and materials are not strictly controlled and the maintenance is not comprehensive.

In construction, equipment and materials are very important factors. However, due to the lack of understanding of this aspect, managers often ignore the maintenance of related equipment. The construction of pumping station can not be completed overnight, and the construction time is affected by weather and other factors. When it is necessary to stop work due to weather problems, managers do not put relevant equipment in the designated storage place according to relevant regulations, which leads to long-term exposure to wind and sun, accelerates the aging of construction equipment and makes it easy to work for a long time. In the end, the main reason is the lack of relevant systems within the construction unit. Relevant enterprises should try their best to improve the equipment maintenance system and implement it in the future.

Supervise and manage all contractors to ensure, control, test and evaluate project quality.

After the completion of the water conservancy project, strict completion acceptance must be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, and the acceptance personnel shall be responsible for signing. After the project is completed and accepted, it can be put into use. Without acceptance or unqualified acceptance, the legal representative of the project shall be investigated for responsibility, and if heavy losses are caused, its legal responsibility shall be investigated. There is only one goal, so that all parties involved in the construction attach great importance to the quality of the project construction and ensure the construction of qualified pumping stations that meet the requirements of the construction party.

It is not difficult to find that the traditional construction technology and construction quality management can no longer meet the development requirements and trends of contemporary society, so it is imperative to reform and update in this respect. Although China has been trying to update this construction in recent years, and achieved good results, there is still much room for improvement, so relevant institutions and personnel should strengthen research and implementation in this field in the future.
