Life span and recruitment threshold of electricians

The life span of electricians is limited by working years, working environment and protective measures, and the average age is between 55/70 years old. Physical strength is not as good as that of young people

Middle-aged electricians are exhausted for many years, so they can't stay up late and work overtime, while young people who have just entered the factory are still full of energy even after working for ten hours.

The ability to keep up with the times

If you are still engaged in electrician work in middle age, then your working life is basically more than five years, but most people just use the knowledge and skills they learned when they took part in the work.
