How about Meiheng Automation Dalian Co., Ltd.? How do you view salary and employee development?

One of my classmates works at Meiheng. He has been working there for about 3 or 4 years. Now he is said to be a team leader. He has also gone abroad for training and so on. If he is good at English, he can get some tips. Cheap. I heard from him that Meiheng is not bad, and is quite professional in industrial automation, mainly voltage regulation and frequency conversion, as well as control systems and information systems. My classmate didn't say much about the treatment, but it should be okay, otherwise my classmate might not be able to work for that long.
