1. Open the cabinet door, pass the compressed air pipe through the small hole at the lower rear of the cabinet, then insert it into the air inlet connector of the air pressure regulating valve at the back of the cabinet door and fix it with a pipe clamp.

2. Close the cupboard door, turn on the air switch to input compressed air, and the machine platen will automatically rise.

3. Install the bakelite mold or template on the transverse platform of the disc, and connect the wire on the template with the terminal in the middle of the transverse platform of the machine.

4. Turn on the blister machine node on the main switch of the machine circuit and connect the whole machine circuit.

5. Adjust the current switch and power-on time, and choose the appropriate heating current gear and heating time according to the actual packaging situation.

6. After the temperature of the plastic suction machine reaches the specified value, start working and finish debugging.
