Rongchang District belongs to Chongqing, located in the west of Chongqing, at the junction of Chongqing and Sichuan Province (municipality directly under the Central Government). Chinese people respect it because of its fragrance, so it is called Begonia Guo Xiang. Changyuan County was founded in the second year of Tang Dynasty and became the seat of Changzhou Prefecture.
