4. Recruitment targets and conditions

2. Interview: Candidates for interview will be determined in order from high to low based on the total number of candidates in the written examination in a ratio of 1:3 according to the planned number of people for the recruitment position. All candidates for the positions that are open for examination according to the relaxed ratio will be interviewed. Comprehensive score = (written test score + extra points) × 40% + interview score × 60%. Comprehensive scores are rounded to two decimal places.

6. Physical Examination
The number of people who will take the physical examination will be determined in a 1:1 ratio from high scores to low scores based on the planned recruitment positions. 7. Inspection

8. Employment Approval
