The day shift is from 7:30 in the morning to 4:00 pm, the middle shift is from 4:00 pm to 12:00 pm, and the night shift is from 12:00 pm to 7:30 the next morning, with one day off the next day. By analogy, there are no holidays, including Saturdays and Sundays.
