4. Collect, summarize and publish bidding policies and regulations and relevant information on prices, enterprises, technologies and talents, and provide information consulting services for all parties to bidding transactions;

5. Responsible for the construction and management of the expert database of judges, and participate in the evaluation of bid evaluation experts;

6. Collect relevant fees and bid bond (lender) according to regulations;

7. Be responsible for the statistics, analysis and filing of relevant information of bidding activities.
