3. Selection procedures and methods

(1) Registration and preliminary qualification review

The examination shall be a combination of written examination and interview. If the total scores are the same, the candidate with the higher interview score will be shortlisted first.

After the written test, the shortlisted candidates for interview will be determined in a ratio of 1:5 based on their scores from high to low (those with the lowest scores will all be admitted). 2. Interview.

(3) Physical examination and inspection

The physical examination and inspection work shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant measures for civil servant examination and recruitment, and shall be subject to the accreditation opinions of the selection and employment unit.
