4. The comprehensive scores of candidates entering the interview are calculated according to the proportion of 50% written test scores and 50% interview scores. If the comprehensive scores are tied, the person with the highest interview score is the candidate to be hired. If the interview results are still tied, take an extra test, and the comprehensive score ranking will be subject to the extra test results.
