Announcement of 214 People's Police Recruitment Examination in Chengdu, Sichuan Province

according to the civil service law of the people's Republic of China and the regulations on the employment of civil servants (for trial implementation), and with the approval of the human resources and social security department of Sichuan province, the public security department of Sichuan province and the civil service bureau of Sichuan province, in 214, our city decided to recruit 359 people's policemen through public examinations. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Recruitment targets and scope

(1) Recruitment targets: 214 college graduates and social on-the-job and off-the-job personnel who meet the job requirements.

applicants should obtain the graduation certificate and degree certificate required by the position before the qualification review. If you fail to obtain the relevant certificates within the specified time, you will not be hired or will not enter the next examination, and the responsibility will be borne by yourself.

(2) Recruitment scope: those with bachelor degree or above are recruited for the whole country, and those with junior college degree or below are limited to permanent residence or students' origin in Sichuan Province.

Second, the conditions for applying for the exam

(1) Applicants should meet the following basic conditions:

1. Have Chinese nationality.

2. Support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China.

3. At least 18 years old, not more than 3 years old (born before July 1, 1996 and after July 1, 1983), and not more than 35 years old (born after July 1, 1978) for recent master's and doctoral students. Among them, those who apply for special police positions are no more than 25 years old (born before July 1, 1996 and after July 1, 1988).

4. Have good conduct.

5. Have physical conditions for normal performance of duties.

6. Have the educational level and working ability that meet the requirements of the position.

7. Other conditions stipulated by law.

(2) Education and major:

Comprehensive management positions recruit people with college education or above, regardless of major; Law enforcement service positions recruit personnel with college degree or above in public security, public security technology and computing science and technology (safety supervision direction), special police positions 1, 2, 4 and 5 recruit personnel with college degree or above, and special police positions are relaxed to secondary schools (high schools).

(3) Applicants are not allowed to apply for the exam under any of the following circumstances:

1. Those who have been subjected to criminal punishment, public security punishment, reeducation through labor or juvenile discipline.

2. There are criminal suspects that have not been ascertained.

3. Those who have been dismissed or expelled from public office.

4, moral corruption, theft and other bad behavior.

5. The spouse, lineal blood relatives and collateral blood relatives who have a great influence on me have been sentenced to death or are serving a sentence or engaged in * China's political activities at home and abroad.

6. Persons who violate the rules and regulations in the civil service recruitment examination during the ban period.

7. Newly recruited civil servants during the probation period, staff of administrative organs (units) referring to the Civil Service Law, active servicemen, and personnel who are prohibited from being employed as civil servants (people's police) according to laws.

8. Persons who are not suitable for the people's police for other reasons.

III. Recruitment positions and places

In 214, public security organs at all levels in our city recruited 359 people's policemen through public examinations, and unified recruitment positions were set up in the city. After the candidates are hired and reported, the Chengdu Public Security Bureau will organize them in a unified way and select specific work units in turn according to the candidates' job rankings. For specific positions, employment quota, requirements and the allocation of employment quota of recruiting units, please refer to the Position Table of People's Police in Chengdu Public Examination in 214 (hereinafter referred to as the Position Table) and the Allocation Table of Employment Quotas of People's Police in Chengdu Examination in 214 (hereinafter referred to as the Allocation Table).

IV. Registration and preliminary qualification examination

The registration for this exam is conducted by online registration. The online registration time is from July 1 to July 6, 214 at 8:, and the registration website is Sichuan Personnel Examination Network (www.scpta.gov.cn). The qualification examination is the responsibility of Chengdu Public Security Bureau. The qualification examination runs through the whole process of public recruitment. In any link, applicants who do not meet the job requirements may be disqualified from applying for or hiring.

Registration and qualification preliminary examination are conducted according to the following procedures:

(1) Online registration

1. Select a position. Applicants log on to the registration website, carefully read this announcement and related annexes and other information, understand the specific situation of the positions they apply for, and choose positions that are completely in line with their own conditions. Each applicant can only choose to apply for one position.

2. Fill in the information. Applicants should register according to the online prompts, fill in the contents of the Application Information Form for Public Examinations in Sichuan Province truly and accurately, and upload their recent bareheaded positive photos (JPG format, below 2KB) according to the online prompts. Applicants should be responsible for the information and materials submitted. Anyone who practices fraud will be dealt with according to the relevant provisions of the Measures for Handling Violations of Discipline in the Civil Service Recruitment Examination (Trial) once verified.

3. Inquire about the preliminary qualification examination results. The opinions on preliminary qualification examination and photo quality examination are put forward by Chengdu Public Security Bureau within 2 working days after the applicants register. Applicants are requested to log on to the registration website from July 2 to July 7, 214 at 8: to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination and photo quality inspection. Those who have passed the preliminary qualification examination will print two copies of "Sichuan Public Examination Civil Servant Registration Information Form" according to the network prompts for the use of qualification review.

(II) Confirmation of payment

Applicants who have passed the preliminary examination and the photo quality are required to log on to the registration website before 8: on July 8, 214 to confirm the payment (according to the provisions of Sichuan Provincial Department of Finance and Sichuan Provincial Price Bureau's document No.237 [23], the written examination fee is 5 yuan for each subject and the psychological quality test fee is 8 yuan). If the payment is not made within the specified time after online registration, it will be deemed as automatic waiver. The specific procedures for confirming payment shall be carried out according to the network prompts.

the following candidates, after passing the preliminary qualification examination, will submit their application materials to Chengdu Personnel Testing Center (No.56, Zhongnan Street, Chengdu) on the working days before July 8 (Monday to Friday, 9: -12: am and 13: -17: pm), and go through the formalities of reducing or exempting examination fees after verification:

2. Candidates from absolutely poor families in rural areas shall present certificates of poor families and special difficulties issued by the township (town) government, neighborhood offices or school student offices where their families are located;

(III) Position Adjustment

The ratio between the number of applicants for written examination and the number of positions to be hired shall generally not be less than 5: 1. After the registration fee is paid, the Chengdu Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Chengdu Public Security Bureau will make unified arrangements for the positions that fail to reach the proportion of starting the examination, and accordingly reduce or cancel the employment quota for the positions.

if the number of applicants is not up to the proportion of the written test, the position that has been cancelled will be reported to Sichuan Personnel Testing Center to refund the fees paid by the applicants for this position.

(4) Print the admission ticket

Applicants who have successfully registered and paid the fee should log in to Sichuan Personnel Examination Network from July 22 to July 26, 214 to print their admission ticket (printed on A4 paper, in black and white and in color, ensuring clear handwriting and photos). All the responsibilities for not printing the admission ticket within the time limit and affecting the exam shall be borne by the applicant.

V. Examinations and physical fitness tests

Examinations are divided into written examinations and psychological quality tests, professional tests (only for special police positions), interviews and physical fitness tests. The total examination score is calculated as 1 out of 1 points, in which:

the total examination score of special police positions that need professional testing = X 15% of Administrative Professional Ability Test+X 15% of Application+X 4% of professional test score+X 3% of interview score

The total examination score of other positions = X 35% of Administrative Professional Ability Test+. If the psychological quality test and physical fitness assessment fail to meet the qualified standards, they shall not enter the next examination procedure.

(1) written test and psychological quality test

1. Written test subjects: Shen Lun and Administrative Professional Ability Test, with full marks for each subject.

2. Time and place of written test and psychological quality test: The written test and psychological quality test were conducted on July 27th, 214. Please refer to my written test admission ticket for the specific time and place of each subject.

applicants should take the exam at the time and place specified in the admission ticket. Enter the examination room with the admission ticket and the second-generation resident ID card (excluding expired ID card and copy of ID card). Those with incomplete two certificates are not allowed to take the exam.

3. Points for written test:

(1) Children of public security policemen who have been awarded the title of first-class or second-class hero model in the national public security system, revolutionary martyrs, and disabled in the line of duty, who have been rated as level 6 or above, will be given 3 points after their written test scores are converted; Children of police officers who have won first-class merit will be given 2 points after their written test scores are converted.

(2) Graduates of public security police colleges who have won the first-class merit will be given 2 points after their written test scores are converted.

(3) Those who have made outstanding performance in the earthquake relief work of the "5.12 Wenchuan Earthquake" apply for the post in the hardest hit area of the "5.12 Wenchuan Earthquake" and are commended by the county (city, district), city (state) party committee, government, city (state) organs and provincial organs, and are awarded by the provincial party committee, provincial government and national ministries and commissions or above after the written test scores are converted. When applying for civil servants in other parts of the province, those who are commended by county (city, district), city (state) party committees, governments, city (state) organs and provincial organs will be given 1 point after the written test results are converted, and those who are commended by provincial party committees, provincial governments and national ministries and commissions and above will be given 1.5 points after the written test results are converted.

if the bonus points are met at the same time, they can be accumulated. If the accumulated bonus points exceed 5 points, it will be calculated as 5 points.

candidates who have already enjoyed the above bonus points to take care of the civil servants before entering this examination will no longer enjoy the bonus points for the same project when taking part in this examination.

applicants who meet the above-mentioned bonus points will send a copy of the admission ticket and the original and copy of relevant supporting materials to the Personnel Department of the Political Department of Chengdu Public Security Bureau (address: Office 62, 6th Floor, Building 3, No.136 Wenwu Road) before July 28th, 214. Those who fail to pay within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up the qualification for extra points automatically.

4. Results query: The written test results were published on the Sichuan Personnel Examination website in mid-August 214. Because the scoring work adopts the automatic score processing system, there is no manual scoring and checking process, and candidates' applications for scoring are not accepted in principle. If it is necessary to apply for a score check due to special circumstances such as absence from the exam, violation of discipline, zero score, etc., you should log on to Sichuan Personnel Testing Network within 3 days after the written test results are published, and the score check results will be published on the website in late August 214.

(2) Professional test

Special police positions need to be professionally tested. The professional test period is from July 28th to July 3th, 214, with a full score of 1. See the Position Table for the professional test contents. The specific time and place of the professional test, test items, standards, score calculation and requirements will be announced separately on the website of Chengdu Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Chengdu Public Security Information Network and Chengdu Personnel Examination Network before July 2, 214.

The total written test scores, professional test scores, psychological quality test results and job rankings will be published on the above website before August 29th, 214.

(III) Qualification review

Qualification review is organized by Chengdu Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Chengdu Public Security Bureau.

1. The personnel who enter the qualification re-examination shall be determined by Chengdu Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Chengdu Public Security Bureau from high score to low score according to the candidates' written test equivalent scores (special police positions including professional test scores), and among those who pass the psychological quality test, according to the ratio of the number of people who enter the qualification re-examination to the position employment quota of 3: 1 (those who are absent from the written test are not allowed to enter the qualification re-examination). The last one with the same total score can enter the qualification review together. Those who enter the qualification review can't reach the proportion of 3 times of the number of employed places. With the consent of Chengdu Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Chengdu Public Security Bureau, all those who have taken the written test (special police positions must also take professional tests) and passed the psychological quality test can be identified as those who enter the qualification review.

2. The qualification review shall be conducted before the interview. The list of personnel who have entered the qualification review, relevant matters of qualification review and follow-up work arrangements will be published on the website of Chengdu Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Chengdu Public Security Information Network and Chengdu Personnel Examination Network before September 5, 214.

3. Candidates who enter the qualification re-examination should bring the following procedures to the designated place at the designated time for qualification re-examination:

① Original and photocopy of ID card.

② Two copies of the Information Form for Applying for Public Examinations in Sichuan Province (with photos attached).

③ Original and photocopy of graduation certificate and degree certificate (returned overseas students should also provide the certificate of overseas education (degree) issued by the China Service Center of the Ministry of Education).

④ College degree or below is limited to permanent residence or place of origin in Sichuan Province, and a household registration certificate must be issued.

(5) College graduates from newly-employed enterprises and institutions who have not completed the probationary period (probationary period) to participate in this recruitment examination must submit the formalities that their units agree to enter the examination.

⑥ On-the-job civil servants (including those who refer to the Civil Service Law) who have not completed the minimum service period of five years shall be issued a letter of consent to enter the examination by the competent department of cadre personnel according to the authority of cadre management.

those who pass the qualification review will attend the interview; Those who fail to participate in the qualification review as required and fail to pass the qualification review will be disqualified from the interview. Vacancies that fail to pass the qualification review or are voluntarily abandoned shall be replenished from high score to low score according to the written test equivalent to the total score (special police positions including professional test equivalent) among candidates applying for the same position (replenishment is only conducted once).

(IV) Interview

The interview is tentatively scheduled for September 13th to 14th, 214. Those who have passed the qualification review shall participate in the interview with their ID cards and relevant supporting materials, and pay the interview examination fee 8 yuan according to the provisions of document No.237 [23] of Sichuan Jiafei.

(V) Physical Fitness Assessment

Candidates who have participated in the interview should take part in the physical fitness assessment. Physical fitness assessment shall be organized and implemented within 3 days after the interview, in accordance with the physical fitness assessment project of the people's police employed by public security organs and
