(2) Matters needing attention in registration and qualification examination

Each applicant is limited to one position. Three, examination subjects, time and implementation measures

(4) The interview shall be conducted according to the interview method formulated by Jiangsu Poultry Science Research Institute. (5) Score calculation: the interview score of position 1 is the total score; 50% of the written test and 50% of the interview are included in the final total score. Fourth, employment.

After the examination, the final score of the candidates will be determined according to the total score calculation method, and the physical examination personnel will be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment position 1: 1. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation). The employing unit shall organize the examination of qualified personnel, and determine the list of personnel to be employed according to the results of the examination and physical examination. The list of persons to be employed will be publicized on the websites of Jiangsu Human Resources and Social Security Network and Jiangsu Poultry Research Institute for 7 working days. The publicity contents include the recruitment unit, the position name, the name of the person to be hired, the current work or study unit, all the results of the recruitment examination, the total score, the ranking and other conditions put forward for the position in the recruitment announcement.

For those who have no objection to publicity, after being put on record by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the employing unit shall handle relevant employment procedures and sign employment contracts with them. After the employment is approved, it will not be replenished. Give the hired personnel a probation period of 6 months, and those who pass the examination after the probation period will be hired and graded.
