Insured employees can apply for skills upgrading subsidies according to regulations, and the application conditions will continue to be relaxed until the employees of the enterprise have participated in unemployment insurance for 12 months or more.

During the period from June 5438+1 October1day, 2022 to the effective date of this notice, the application information that failed to pass the examination due to insufficient years of participation shall be examined by the unemployment insurance agency in the place where employees participate in the insurance. The certificate can be found in the online inquiry system of the National Appraisal Certificate for Skilled Talents (zscx.osta.org.cn). The subsidy standards are primary (level 5) 1.000 yuan, intermediate (level 4) 1.500 yuan, and advanced (level 3) 2,000 yuan.
