Are Pingliang South Station and high-speed railway station the same station?

With the advent of the era of high-speed railway, many existing low-speed railway stations have failed to meet the requirements of China railway development. However, many provinces and cities have chosen a better geographical location to build a new high-speed railway station. Some cities will distinguish high-speed railway station from the railway station, mainly to distinguish it from the previous stations. The station usually uses the city name plus the location of the station to name the new station. In some places, the east, west, south and north stations distinguish the railway station from high-speed railway station. So now high-speed railway station and the train station may or may not be in the same place.
