Materials provided by Guangxi licensed pharmacists on-site qualification examination. First-time applicants and old candidates from different places must bring: (1) 1 original application form with official seal; (2) Original and 1 copy of valid ID card; (3) The original and 1 copy of the graduation certificate, degree certificate and other corresponding certificates that meet the application conditions; (4) Certificate of working years in pharmacy or Chinese medicine 1 copy (see Annex 2 for the style). Go through the qualification examination procedures at the selected registration point.

Those who meet the requirements of the exemption subject must also provide: (1) the exemption certificate issued by the unit (for details, please refer to the "Sample of Proof Materials for Applying for Exemption Qualification Examination" in the "Work Guide" column of Guangxi Personnel Examination Network); (2) The original and 1 copy of the corresponding certificate that meets the requirements of the exemption subject.
