I feel very honored to have the opportunity to practice in the factory this time. This internship, we mainly practice in three factories. Under the detailed explanation and careful guidance of the workshop master, we have a detailed understanding of the equipment and control system in each section, a preliminary understanding of the process indicators in each section of the factory, and a simple understanding of the management system of the factory. On the first day, the factory leader showed us around the production line, and the master gave us a factory safety lesson. At present, chemical plants have a high degree of automation, and workers' labor is relatively easy. Generally speaking, however, there is only one person in a studio, and a class lasts for eight hours. In other words, the master wants to stay alone in a post for eight hours. At first, we all felt incredible. For us, there are colorful entertainment activities and classmates and friends at school. It's hard to imagine these eight hours of monotonous work, but we didn't know how naive our ideas were until we worked with the master worker for a long time. Now we don't have to worry about food and clothing, but when we really get to the society, we must first support ourselves! Then take the corresponding responsibility for the family! The masters who work with us are not very educated, but they graduate from high school on average. But through long-term practical work, their experience and proficiency are not available to us college students in textbooks. On July 7th, xx, I entered Guangdong Dongguan Xinsheng Paper Co., Ltd. as a temporary worker and started my holiday internship. In this hot summer, as a college student about to enter the society, I found a way to enrich myself and accumulated valuable experience for graduation, formal entry into society and work.

Xinsheng Paper Products Co., Ltd., where I work, belongs to a private enterprise and is located in Zengtian, Chang 'an, Dongguan. It mainly produces and manages cardboard and cartons. The office building of the company is connected with the workshop, including sales department, production department, carton department, quality inspection department, finance department, personnel department and other departments. I was assigned to the carton department, and my work was transferred at any time, basically between the office building and the production workshop. In a word, I went anywhere I needed.

On the first day of work, my job is mainly to paste wet paper and change boxes, that is, rework and correct the wrong box label after printing, and then insert the knife card. It feels a bit like a jigsaw puzzle I usually play, which is quite interesting. There are also students who work as temporary workers like me. Everyone soon became familiar with each other, talking and laughing, and working while chatting. Time flies.

From the mouth of those old employees, I quickly learned about the process of producing cartons. The first process should start with the pit machine, which makes cardboard, and then divide the paper, print, slot, angle, glue, staple and package. Every working procedure will be supervised by quality inspectors, and if the product quality is found to be inconsistent or unqualified on the way, it will be reworked immediately. When packaging finished products, the finished product label should be attached according to the production list, the finished product list should be written into the warehouse, and the relevant daily production report should be written. Almost all the cartons produced by our company are used for import and export trade packaging, which has a lot to do with the foreign trade documents I learned at school, especially the packing list. The marks printed on the cartons are very strict, as small as punctuation, and there can be no mistakes, otherwise they will be rejected by customers and cause great losses. In this way, I realized the rigor and absoluteness of the document. When making and reviewing the document, I must keep a clear head and be accurate. Especially in the process of reviewing documents, we should be careful. Otherwise, the mistakes in the process of making documents are not corrected in time, which will be left to the later production links, and the mistakes will be discovered only after the finished products come out, resulting in unnecessary losses of manpower, material resources and funds.

First, the overall scale level of the factory.

Yatai (Dongguan) Wood Industry is located in Dalang Town, Dongguan, with an area of 24,600 square meters and more than 600 employees. After nearly ten years of manufacturing history, he has developed into a professional woodworking expert and is also famous in the developed areas of Dongguan.

Walking into the factory, I saw a clean environment and orderly working procedures. Although it is a domestic manufacturer, when we go to the workshop and see the advanced assembly lines and skilled technical level, we will fully feel the modern management. As a manufacturer of wood products, some problems are inevitable, such as the flying of sawdust, the noise of machinery, and the smell of glue and paint mixed together, but the factory has tried to minimize it. Walking in the workshop, it seems that the serious problems faced by most wooden manufacturers are not much trouble in our factory, but those management and efficiency attract most visitors.

The factory has its own timetable and will strictly abide by it. Even during lunch break, every worker will clean up his area in order, which is one of the reasons why the factory can keep clean. On the issue of dining, the factory also has its own characteristics. That is, from the top to the ordinary workers, the meals they eat are the same, without any specialization.

Second, the learning process

The following points are the main knowledge I learned during my internship in the factory and some experience I got from my work.

(A) the choice of wood

The most commonly used wood in the factory is mahogany (African rosewood), maple (American) and walnut. Most of them are imported from abroad, which is why our quotation is higher than that of domestic manufacturers. That's true. You get what you pay for? .

Density board is also one of the commonly used materials. Many products of our company can also use MDF veneer to achieve the effect of imitating solid wood. Can be recommended to some customers who want to save costs.

These conventional woods have a certain quantity in the warehouse, and other woods are also in reserve. However, in general, it is recommended to use conventional wood as much as possible (unless the products ordered by customers are huge and worthy of factory procurement)! ) some expensive wood) will be helpful to the processing technology, production cycle and growth cost of the factory.

(2) Processing

The machines used in the factory are all advanced, generally speaking, they are all automatically operated, such as CNC machine tools, universal circular saw machines, vertical shaft machines and so on. So as long as the operation is proper and the personnel arrangement is reasonable, it can generally produce higher efficiency (generally speaking, skilled labor is needed).

Although the factory can produce most of the wood products, in the process of communicating with customers in the future, we should try our best to meet the requirements of customers and consider them from the standpoint of the factory. For example, you can recommend some samples with the same appearance, but simple practice and clear structure to customers. This can not only reduce the cost for the factory, but also improve the efficiency.

(3) spray paint treatment

After the white body is processed, it should be transferred to the painting workshop as soon as possible, otherwise the wood will be deformed. The process of painting is: coloring (coloring the product)-primer-topcoat. There is also a frosting process from spraying primer to spraying topcoat.

Primers can be divided into nc paint and pu paint. The primer commonly used in factories is nc paint, because the cost of pu paint is higher than that of nc. If pu paint is sprayed, it has higher requirements for the environment and requires a clean room. Customers are generally recommended to use nc paint.

The time for painting treatment is generally about two days. However, although it doesn't take long, the factory will arrange every link in place when completing an order. Therefore, when confirming the order with the customer, we must completely confirm each demand. Some customers are not sure about the paint after finishing the white clothes. If this is put aside, not only will the product be easily deformed, but it will also affect the order schedule and bring unnecessary trouble to the factory.

(4) Laser and screen printing

At present, the maximum laser size of the factory is: 320? 320mm, minimum: 1.5? 1.5mm

Laser can be colored, the most common is black, and black can make the laser pattern clearer. However, customers are generally not advised to color after laser, which will increase the cost. The cost of laser depends on the complexity of laser pattern. Generally speaking, it is 1 yuan per product. Screen printing is also a common method, but its requirement is that the surface of screen printing should be smooth.

If laser or screen printing is needed, customers will be asked to provide pictures, preferably electronic documents.

(5) packaging

Packaging is the last process before the finished product is completed, and it is also an important part of a product. The packaging process includes the simple assembly of products, the assembly of leather, flannel and hardware, the production of packaging materials, the quality inspection of the previous process of products and the packaging of products.

Quality is the guarantee of quality. Therefore, our factory also has strict quality control. Generally, there are two or three quality inspectors on a packaging assembly line to carry out strict product inspection. From the dust removal of products, the quality inspection of hardware and glass products to the final packaging, every detail will have strict operating standards of workers. For some export customers, the product will be more critical, but the factory will meet these requirements. This is why the quality of our products is guaranteed, and there are few quality defects in our products.

And if it is also a domestic order, there will often be some unruly customers who will pick some evil flaws when the product has no quality problems. . For these problems, I think it is not only necessary to explain to customers that some of them are due to the problems of wood products themselves, but also to let customers know that the quality control requirements of our factory have reached the domestic advanced level, and many quality problems are likely to be caused by collisions and barbaric transportation during transportation.

Of course, in order to avoid damage in transit, in general safety packaging, in addition to some conventional packaging materials (cartons, cartons, gift boxes, sponges, styrofoam, pearl cotton, copy paper, bubble bags, tape, etc. ), the six sides of the carton can also be protected with styrofoam.

(6) Other accessories

Hardware is a common accessory. So for some conventional hardware, such as some hinges, copper buttons, copper feet and so on. The factory will purchase a certain quantity for inventory. In addition, like some hardware on the pen, the factory itself has the manufacturing ability, and many of them can be done independently.
