I. Recruitment Position and Responsibilities

Position: Community Auxiliary Police.

Non-people's police and personnel of non-public institutions who mainly assist the police to provide auxiliary support for the daily operation and police activities of public security organs.

Main responsibilities: to assist the people's police to engage in and carry out community administrative assistance, technical support, police support, law enforcement duty and other police activities that the auxiliary police can engage in according to law.

Second, the qualifications of candidates.

(1) Having China nationality; Support the Constitution and abide by national laws and regulations; Good conduct, honesty and trustworthiness, no criminal record, no disciplinary action by party discipline and discipline, and no participation in cult activities.

(2) age requirements.

At least 18 years old, under 35 years old (born from February 7, 0987 to February 7, 2005).

(3) Being able to adapt to social prevention and control work such as night duty and 24-hour rotation duty, and consciously accepting the relevant disciplinary constraints of public security organs, it is more suitable for men.

(4) Physical requirements.

Height 1.68cm or above, physical fitness and imaging conditions matched with work intensity, regular facial features, no history of mental illness, no tattoo, no obvious large area scar, no stuttering, no hard of hearing, no color blindness, no obvious physical defects and characteristics, and good psychological quality and adaptability.

With high school (technical secondary school) or above, applicants must obtain the corresponding graduation certificate before February 7, 2023.

(7) Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not be employed:

The exam consists of three parts: written test, physical fitness test and interview.

The written test and interview are conducted online or offline according to the epidemic situation.

The time, place and form of written examination shall be subject to the admission ticket. Candidates must bring their valid identity documents and the original admission ticket to participate.

The written test content is public basic knowledge and legal basic knowledge suitable for the post, with a full score of 100.

After the written test, according to the written test results, the list of people who entered the interview was determined according to the ratio of 1:3, and those who failed to reach the above ratio entered the interview.

2 Physical fitness test

After the written test, organize candidates to conduct physical fitness assessment on the spot.

The evaluation items are vertical jump and height touch, which mainly test whether the physical quality of the candidate meets the post requirements of police assistants. The standards for reaching the standards shall be implemented with reference to the Physical Fitness Assessment Items and Standards for People's Police Employed by Public Security Organs (Provisional).

Candidates are requested to bring their own sportswear and sports shoes. Candidates must decide whether to take the physical fitness test according to their physical condition. All the adverse consequences caused by the candidates' personal physical reasons during the physical fitness test shall be borne by the candidates themselves.

Physical fitness test only requires reaching the standard, and the test results are not included in the total score, and the results are announced immediately. Candidates who do not meet the requirements cannot enter the interview.

The interview mainly examines the comprehensive qualities of candidates, such as comprehensive analysis ability, adaptability, language expression ability, appearance and temperament, with a perfect score of 100, and a qualified score of 60.

Those who fail the interview cannot enter the stage of physical examination and organizational assessment.

(3) Physical examination

Calculate the total score of the exam according to the ratio of written test and interview score of 4:6, and determine the candidates for physical examination according to the ratio of total score 1: 1.

The time and place of physical examination will be notified separately.

The physical examination standard shall be implemented according to the Detailed Rules for the Physical Examination of Open Recruiters in Guangdong Province (Trial). The medical examination will be conducted in the designated 3A hospitals in the city, and the medical examination expenses will be borne by the candidates themselves.

Those who fail to attend the medical examination on time are deemed to have given up their employment qualification automatically; Those who fail the physical examination can't enter the organizational assessment, and the employer can make up for them in turn according to actual needs.

(4) Organization evaluation

The public security organ shall organize a medical examination for those who pass the medical examination.

It mainly includes qualifications, political thought, moral quality, ability and quality, study and work performance, criminal record, credit information and whether it is necessary to avoid it.

If the candidates fail the exam or voluntarily give up, the employer may make up for it in turn among the candidates according to actual needs.

Fourth, pre-employment publicity.

According to the examination, physical examination and assessment results, the candidates to be hired are determined and publicized on the website of Haizhu District People's Government for 5 working days. Candidates who have no objection to publicity shall go through the employment procedures in accordance with the relevant provisions on the management of overstaffed personnel.
