Does Huatugou belong to Hoh Xil?

Don't belong. Huatugou (also known as Laomangya) is located in the northwest of Qinghai Province, still within the scope of Qaidam Basin, on the north side of Kunlun Mountain, and is one of the three towns in the west of Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. Hoh Xil is on the south side of Kunlun Mountain and belongs to Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. Hoh Xil is no man's land.

The two places are separated by Kunlun Mountain.
