1. Civilian employees of the Municipal Court Nature of status
Refers to those who are employed in the municipal court to engage in professional technical, judicial and police auxiliary affairs, do not occupy the administrative establishment, do not have the status of civil servants, do not exercise the court's law enforcement power to the public, and are managed under the employment contract system personnel.
2. Recruitment Targets

IV. Basic requirements for application
1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China and enjoy the political rights of citizens;

4. Have academic qualifications recognized by the state as required for employment positions;

6. Appearance is good, and have the physical condition to perform normal work responsibilities;
7. The height of men should not be less than 168 centimeters, and the height of women should not be less than 158 centimeters;

Personnel who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:

5. Registration method
Applicants must voluntarily bring relevant information to the registration site to register within the registration time. The registration period is from June 28 to July 4, 2012 (no holidays on Saturdays and Sundays). The registration site is located on the fifth floor of the Municipal Human Resources Market (No. 500 Xinhua Road). Applicants need to bring one copy of their ID card, graduation certificate (2012 graduates can present school certification materials) and other relevant original documents, and two recent 2-inch color ID photos of the same front, without hats and glasses (registration form , 1 admission ticket each), employees in the society must also provide proof of their employer, fill in the registration form at the registration site, and after passing the review, pay the registration fee of 150 yuan. Each applicant can only apply for one position. All types of certificates and information provided by applicants must be true and valid. Anyone who provides false or invalid certificates or fails to fill in relevant information truthfully will be disqualified from examination and employment once found and verified.
6. Examination
The examination is divided into written examination and interview.
(1) Written test. The written examination covers two subjects: "Administrative Professional Aptitude Test" and "Basic Legal Knowledge and Official Document Writing". "Administrative Professional Aptitude Test" mainly covers language understanding and expression, quantitative relations, judgment and reasoning, data analysis and common sense judgment; "Basic Legal Knowledge and Official Document Writing" mainly includes basic legal knowledge and basic document writing, as well as simple official document writing. The test time for "Administrative Professional Aptitude Test" is 90 minutes, and the test time for "Basic Legal Knowledge and Official Document Writing" is 120 minutes. The full score for each subject is 100 points.

The location of the written test will be notified later. The results of the written examination will be announced directly to the public through the website of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
(2) Interview. Based on the written test scores, interviewees will be determined in order from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1:1.5 in the recruitment position plan. If the number of people who pass the written test is lower than the ratio of 1:1.5, the interviewers will be determined based on the actual number of people who pass the written test. If there is a tie in the written test scores of the last interviewer, both will be interviewed.
For interviews for non-specialist positions, structured interviews are used to mainly examine the candidates’ comprehensive qualities; for interviews for positions (8) and (9) of Liaoyang Intermediate Court, professional presentations are used The method mainly examines the professional skills and comprehensive quality of candidates; for interviews applying for the positions (10), (11), and (12) of Liaoyang Intermediate Court, structured interviews and computer short-hand recording are used, and the scores each account for the interview score. 50% of the test mainly examines the candidate's overall quality, basic computer operations, typing speed, etc. Each interview panel is composed of 7 judges (including 1 chief judge), and the interview score is 100 points.
In addition to announcing the interview results to the candidates on the spot, the interview results will also be announced directly to the public through the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau website after the interview.

7. Physical examination and qualification review (political review)
Based on the weighted scores of the written examination and interview, and in a 1:1 ratio according to the recruitment position plan, the physical examination and qualifications will be determined in order from high scores to low scores. Qualification review (political review) personnel. The formula for calculating the weight of written test and interview scores for candidates applying for non-specialized student positions is: weighted score (weighted score) = total written test score ÷ 2 (number of written test subjects) × 50% + interview score × 50%; for candidates applying for specialized student positions The formula for calculating the weight of written test and interview scores is: Weighted score (weighted score) = total written test score ÷ 2 (number of written test subjects) × 30% + interview score × 70%. For those whose weight scores are tied, those who will participate in the physical examination and qualification review (political review) will be determined according to the interview scores from high to low. Candidates who have not participated in the interview cannot be used as physical examination and qualification review (political review) personnel.
After the candidates for physical examination and qualification examination (political examination) are determined, they will be announced to the public. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the "Physical Examination Standards for the Recruitment of Civil Servants (Trial)", and the qualification review (political review) shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations on the recruitment of civil servants in Liaoning Province.
The time and location of the physical examination will be notified later. Those who fail to attend the physical examination at the specified time and location will be deemed to have automatically given up their employment qualifications.
8. Public announcement
Those who pass the physical examination and qualification examination (political examination) will be determined as the personnel to be hired. Job vacancies due to failure in the physical examination and qualification examination (political examination) or candidates voluntarily giving up, etc., will be filled in order of weighted scores from high to low. If the weighted scores are tied, fills will be filled in order of interview scores from high to low.
The candidates to be hired will be announced to the public after being determined. The content of the announcement includes the name, gender, admission ticket number, application position, written test scores, interview scores, total scores, ranking of applied positions and other information of the personnel to be hired. At the same time, the reporting hotline will be announced and social supervision will be accepted. The publicity period is 7 days. During the publicity period, If it is reported that there are personnel who do not meet the employment conditions and are verified, they will not be hired and will be filled in order from high to low according to the weighted results.
The announcement of each link in the recruitment process will be made simultaneously at the registration site, on the Liaoyang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau website and in relevant media.
9. Employment Management and Salary Benefits
After the expiration of the publicity period, the employment procedures will be handled for those personnel who have no objections to the publicity or who have made reflections but which do not affect their employment; for those who do not meet the requirements, If the employment conditions are found to be substantiated, their employment qualifications will be cancelled; if the reported problems are difficult to verify at the moment, the employment will be suspended. After the announcement, if there are any vacancies due to disqualification, voluntary abstention of candidates, etc., there will be no further filling.

For hired personnel, the Municipal Talent Center handles personnel agency, signs employment contracts for civilian employees in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Contract Law, dispatches them to work, and implements a probationary period system, with a probationary period of 2 months (included in the employment period). The Municipal Court adopts a combination of centralized training and on-the-job training to provide targeted on-the-job training according to the needs of the position. It is also responsible for the daily management and assessment of civilian employees. (2) Employee benefits
1. Actual wages. The monthly salary standard is 1,310 yuan. After deducting the "five insurances and one fund" that should be borne by the individual, the actual monthly salary per person is 1,000 yuan.
