In order to further expand the scale of model ordinary high schools, improve the conditions for running schools, improve the level and quality of running schools, and promote the construction and development of ordinary high schools in our province, according to the actual situation in our province and referring to the situation in other provinces, it is decided to formulate the tuition standard of provincial model ordinary high schools in our province from the fall of 2002, that is, the tuition fee per student is 900- 1000 yuan for first-class schools, 700-900 yuan for second-class schools and 600-for third-class schools. Each model school shall, within the prescribed scope, negotiate with the local price department to determine the specific tuition standard, and report it to the Provincial Price Bureau, the Provincial Department of Finance and the Provincial Department of Education for the record. This circular will be implemented from the autumn of 2002. Other related matters are still implemented according to document [1999] No.250.

The second batch of provincial demonstration ordinary high schools (7 schools)

The provincial education department announced the evaluation results of provincial demonstration high schools in 2002;

Kaili No.1 Middle School, Zunyi No.4 Middle School, Duyun No.1 Middle School, Chishui No.1 Middle School, Guiyang No.2 Middle School, Zunyi No.1 Middle School and Bijie No.1 Middle School.

The seven demonstration high schools are all Class II demonstration high schools.

Seven schools were awarded the brand of "Model Ordinary High School in Guizhou Province". Together with the first batch of 9 demonstration high schools announced last year, there are now 16 provincial demonstration high schools in our province. The seven demonstration high schools identified this year are all Class II demonstration high schools, which were identified through evaluation from 10 schools that applied for evaluation. Provincial demonstrative ordinary high schools can enjoy a series of preferential policies: they can recruit students for the whole province; You can organize your own graduation exam; It can increase the proportion of cost compensation for students' entrance education. In the autumn of 2003, people began to perform.

The third batch of provincial model ordinary high schools (9 schools)

In 2004, nine newly-built demonstration high schools, including Duyun No.2 Middle School, Guiyang No.8 Middle School and Guizhou Education College Experimental Middle School, were provincial-level second-class demonstration ordinary high schools.

Weng 'an No.1 Middle School, Zunyi No.1 Middle School, Tianzhu People's School, Libo People's School, Qing Yu Middle School and Dafang No.1 Middle School are provincial demonstration high schools. These nine provincial demonstration high schools have enjoyed preferential policies in terms of fees and enrollment since the fall of 2004, and can enroll students uniformly for the whole province.

Up to now, there are 25 provincial-level demonstration high schools in the province, of which 6 are Class I 1, Class II 18 and Class III.

In addition, all the indicators of Guiyang No.9 Middle School have reached the standards of provincial-level second-class demonstration ordinary high schools, and they have been upgraded from the original provincial-level third-class demonstration ordinary high schools to provincial-level second-class demonstration ordinary high schools.

The fourth batch of provincial model ordinary high schools (9 schools)

On June 5438+ 10, 2005, nine ordinary high schools, including Xingyi No.8 Middle School, Xingyi No.1 Middle School, Liping No.1 Middle School, Qiandongnan Ethnic High School, Zunyi No.5 Middle School and Baiyun Xingnong Middle School, passed the appraisal by the expert group. Qingzhen No.1 Middle School, Longli Middle School and Guiding No.1 Middle School are three provincial demonstration high schools.

Starting from this autumn semester, these nine schools will be able to enjoy the relevant preferential policies for enrollment and fees of provincial model high schools formulated by our province.

So far, the number of provincial demonstration ordinary high schools in our province has increased to 34. Among them, Xingnong Middle School became the only private demonstration high school in our province.

Five schools, including Anlong No.1 Middle School in Qianxinan, Zhenyuan Middle School in Qiandongnan, Rongjiang No.1 Middle School, Tongzi No.1 Middle School in Zunyi and Shuixi Middle School in qianxi county, Bijie, were rated as three types of provincial demonstration ordinary high schools. Tuition standard of the above five schools: 600 yuan/student/semester. Qing Yu Middle School in Zunyi City was upgraded from Class III to Class II provincial model ordinary high school. The "Notice" announced the eighth batch of provincial model ordinary high schools and their charging standards: Songtao National Middle School, Panxian No.1 Middle School and Wuchuan Middle School are second-class provincial model ordinary high schools, and the tuition standard is 700 yuan/student/semester; Xingren No.1 Middle School, Xishui No.1 Middle School and Pu 'an No.1 Middle School are provincial-level demonstration ordinary high schools, and the tuition standard is 600 yuan/student/semester; Zunyi No.1 Middle School was upgraded from Class III to Class II provincial-level exemplary ordinary high school, and the tuition standard was 900 yuan/student/semester.

The "Notice" also stipulates that the enrollment ratio of a class in a provincial model ordinary high school should not exceed 25% of the school's total enrollment plan for the current year, and the school selection fee should not exceed 6.5438+0.8 million yuan per student for three years; The enrollment ratio of the second and third types of provincial model senior high schools shall not exceed 20% of the total enrollment plan of the school in that year, and the school selection fee shall not exceed 3-year average student 1.5 million yuan in Guiyang, and 3-year average student 1.2 million yuan in other cities (places) outside Guiyang. The scores of students admitted to the school should be controlled at around 50 points. After the school collects the school selection fee according to the regulations, it shall not charge tuition fees to the students who choose the school. Schools should publicize education fees and consciously accept the supervision and inspection of the competent departments of price, finance and education.
