The gas from the coking plant is not only used for urban domestic gas, but also directly led to 4A zeolite plant. The carbon powder produced by the coking plant is used to produce graphite electrodes. Slag from steel casting plant and fly ash from power plant are used as raw materials, which are directly transported to dry cement production line through pipelines, changing "waste" into "raw materials" and realizing resource reuse without waste. Only Tian Rui Group's 3 million tons of dry cement consumes 6,543,800 tons of power plant fly ash and steel casting slag every year. In order to solve the dust pollution, Tian Rui Dry Process Cement Plant installed more than 30 dust collectors at key points of the equipment, which were absorbed and reused through pipelines, achieving "zero emission" of dust, and the phenomenon of billowing smoke and flying dust in traditional cement enterprises disappeared. Instead, the factory is green and the environment is clean and tidy. It is a high-tech, garden-style new cement enterprise and has become a model of cement industry in Henan Province.
