In order to further strengthen the construction of the hospital's professional and technical team, improve medical, scientific research and management levels, and optimize the personnel structure, according to the "Implementation Measures for Public Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions in Chongqing" (Yu Renfa [2006] No. 44) and the relevant provisions of the Municipal Party Committee Organization Department and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau's "Notice on Further Standardizing the Open Recruitment Work of Public Institutions" (Yu Renshefa [2012] No. 326) and other relevant regulations. With the approval of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the recruitment of majors for social assessment is now technical staff.
1. Recruitment Principles
This recruitment adheres to the principles of democracy, openness, competition and merit selection, and adopts assessment recruitment methods in accordance with the standards of both ability and political integrity.
2. Recruitment positions and number of people
Eleven health professional and technical personnel are recruited. For specific recruitment units and positions, please refer to the "List of Professional and Technical Personnel Assessment and Recruitment of Chongqing Southeast Hospital in 2014".
3. Recruitment Targets and Conditions
The recruitment targets are full-time general university graduate students or above with a corresponding degree (including fresh graduates in 2015) who meet the following requirements If you meet the conditions, you can apply.
(1) Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China.
(2) Abide by the national constitution and laws, have good ideological and political qualities, love medical and health care, have good professional ethics, and have no bad records.
(3) Be in good health and adapt to the physical conditions required by the position.
(4) Good conduct, decent style, fluent language, quick thinking, and strong overall quality.
(5) After recruitment, candidates must work in the unit for more than 5 years.
(6) Meet the recruitment conditions listed in the "List of Professional and Technical Personnel Assessment and Recruitment of Chongqing Southeast Hospital in 2014";
(7) Meet the requirements for avoidance of personnel of public institutions and the approval authority Other conditions confirmed have not been punished in any way.
(8) For full-time academic qualifications (degrees) studying in overseas universities, the academic qualifications (degrees) must be certified by the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
(9) The following personnel are not included in the recruitment scope:

4. Recruitment Implementation
Applicants can only choose one position for this recruitment to register, and compete for positions.
(1) Registration requirements

(2) Assessment
1. Assessment time: January 10, 2015, starting at 8:30 am.
2. Assessment location: Chongqing Southeast Hospital
3. Assessment method: Interview plus professional assessment. The main contents include professional knowledge, practical ability, communication and collaboration ability, psychological quality, personality strengths, job search motivation and compatibility with the proposed position, etc. Based on interviews and professional assessments, the recruitment examiner group will determine physical examination personnel in equal numbers according to the assessment scores from high to low in a ratio of 1:1 to the number of people in the positions to be recruited. The assessment score is worth 100 points. Those who fail the assessment (that is, those whose assessment scores are less than 60 points) shall not be determined as physical examination personnel.

(3) Physical examination
The physical examination is organized and implemented by the Chongqing Urban and Rural Development Commission. The physical examination standards refer to the "General Standards for the Physical Examination for Civil Servants Recruitment (Trial)" promulgated by the former Ministry of Personnel (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2005] No. 1) and "Notice of the Physical Examination Operation Manual for Civil Servants Recruitment (Trial)" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2007] No. 25 No.) and the requirements of the "Notice on Revising the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial) and the Manual of Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2010] No. 19), and combined with the actual requirements of the industry or position implement.
Physical examinations are conducted in comprehensive medical and health institutions at or above the county level. If the employer or the examinee has objections to the conclusion of the physical examination, he or she may submit a written application for re-examination within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the physical examination, and go to the designated hospital for re-examination with the approval of the Chongqing Urban and Rural Development Commission. The results of the physical examination will be re-examined. The inspection conclusion shall prevail. The cost of the physical examination is borne by the candidates themselves.
For those who fail the physical examination or automatically give up their qualifications after confirmation, their vacancies will be filled in order from high scores to low scores according to the assessment scores of candidates for the position. After the replacement personnel pass the physical examination and inspection according to the regulations, they will be determined as the proposed personnel.
(4) Inspection
Those who pass the physical examination will be inspected by the recruiting unit and the competent department for their ideological and political performance, moral character, comprehensive quality, and whether there is a need to avoid the post. inspection and review of qualifications. Qualified candidates will be identified as candidates for employment.
For those who fail to pass the inspection or qualification re-examination or who automatically give up their qualifications upon confirmation, their vacancies will not be filled.
(5) Announcement
Qualified candidates will be announced online on the Chongqing Human Resources and Social Security Network and the competent departments and recruiting units within 7 working days. The content of the announcement includes the name, gender, date of birth, education, major, total assessment score, proposed position, etc. of the personnel to be hired.
If the personnel to be recruited are fresh graduates in 2015, after the announcement is completed, the recruiting unit and the personnel to be recruited will sign a graduate employment agreement (the time and place will be notified separately).
5. Recruitment and treatment
For those candidates who have no objections after being announced or who have been verified as having no influence on their employment, the recruiting unit will put forward their opinions on the proposed employment and fill in the "Chongqing Municipal Public Institutions Open Recruitment" Personnel Approval Form" and "Roster of Personnel to be Employed by Chongqing Public Institutions" shall be submitted to the superior competent department for review and then submitted to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval.
For personnel who have been approved for employment, the legal representative of the recruiting unit or its principal and the hired personnel shall be in accordance with the "Implementation Measures for the Trial Personnel Recruitment System of Public Institutions in Chongqing" (Yu Fu Fa [2003] No. 37) In accordance with the provisions of the "Chongqing Municipal Personnel Bureau's Notice on Forwarding the "Public Institution Employment Contract (Template)"" (Yu Renfa [2006] No. 68), sign the "Public Institution Employment Contract" with the recruiting unit to establish personnel relations and improve Employment procedures and remuneration shall be in accordance with relevant regulations of Chongqing Municipality.
Personnel recruited through open recruitment will be subject to a probationary period in accordance with regulations. Those who pass the assessment at the end of the probation period will be officially employed; those who fail the assessment during or after the probation period or are found to have concealed their pre-employment medical history and whose physical condition does not meet the requirements of the position will be disqualified from employment.
Those who have graduated in 2015 and have not obtained a diploma or degree certificate before July 31, 2015, and those who have returned from studying abroad and cannot provide a foreign academic degree certificate issued by the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education, will be disqualified from employment. .
6. Disciplinary Requirements
