If the workers install the concrete in strict accordance with the operation instructions, there will be no expansion or explosion of the concrete during pouring.

4. Environmental protection: aluminum alloy formwork technology is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and will not cause on-site pollution. Scrap formwork can also be recycled and remelted, which is low-carbon and environmentally friendly, energy-saving and emission-reducing, and meets the national green construction regulations.

5. Practicality: The appearance of aluminum formwork is very smooth and flat, and each piece is connected with the hole with a pin. As long as they are fixed with pins, they can be connected seamlessly, so that concrete will not leak slurry because of too many joints, and honeycomb pits will be formed on the concrete surface.

Aluminum template has been used for decades since 1962 was born in the United States. In developed countries such as the United States and Canada, as well as emerging industrial countries such as Mexico, Brazil, Malaysia, South Korea and India, the building has been widely used.

After just a few years of development in China, aluminum formwork has been favored by many builders, such as Vanke and China Construction Group. Almost all high-rise buildings in Vanke are designated to adopt aluminum formwork system. Vanke DreamWorks adopts aluminum formwork system, and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development actively promotes the application of aluminum formwork construction.
