The Zhuhai Municipal Public Meteorological Service Center (Zhuhai Municipal Lightning Protection Institute) is a third-class public welfare institution affiliated to the Zhuhai Municipal Meteorological Bureau, and it takes care of its own personnel and funds.

2. Recruitment procedures and methods
(1) Registration and qualification review
1. Registration method. Registration can be done on-site or via email. Each person is limited to one position.
2. Registration time and location.

Email registration: The deadline for accepting registration is 17:30 on September 24. Applicants should send the scanned copy of the registration materials to the email: zhmbbgx@yahoo.com.cn (the subject of the email is named with "name + application position code", for example: Zhang San applied for the A02 position).
3. Registration materials: ① "Registration Form for Public Recruitment of Public Institutions in Zhuhai City" (Attachment 2); ② ID card, academic qualifications, degree certificates, professional and technical qualification certificates, annual assessment certification materials and work experience Certification materials, etc.; ③ 2 large one-inch color photos (one posted on the registration form, the other one as a spare);
Staff members of state-owned units who apply for the exam must also provide written proof that the unit agrees to apply; those who have returned from studying abroad Those who apply for the exam must also provide overseas academic qualifications and degree certification certificates from the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education, as well as certification materials issued by our embassies and consulates abroad.

4. Qualification review. Conduct a qualification review based on the registration materials to determine the candidates for each position. The list of candidates for each position, the collection of "Admittance Tickets" and other matters will be announced on the Municipal Meteorological Bureau's portal website (www.zhmb.gov.cn) within 3 working days after the registration closes.
5. Things to note. ① When the ratio of the number of people proposed for position A to the number of qualified applicants reaches 1:3, the exam can be started; otherwise, the recruitment for this position will be canceled or the recruitment plan will be reduced; ② When candidates receive the "Admission Ticket", they need to bring the original registration materials for verification.
(2) Examination
Applicants for position A will take a written test + interview, which will mainly test the basic knowledge of the company, professional meteorological knowledge, comprehensive qualities and abilities required for the position, etc. , the score calculation formula is: total exam score = written test score × 50% + interview score × 50% (scores are rounded to one decimal place). Applicants for position B will be interviewed, and the interview score will be the total exam score.
1. Written test (full score is 100 points, passing mark is 60 points). Closed book format, unified organization, time 2 hours. After the written test, the candidates who have passed the written test will be sorted according to their scores, and the candidates for each position will be shortlisted for interview based on the ratio of 1:3 to the number of people recruited for the position; if the ratio is less than 1:3, the number of people who actually meet the interview conditions will be used.
Candidates’ written test scores, the list of candidates shortlisted for interviews for each position, and the “Interview Notice” will be announced on the Municipal Meteorological Bureau’s portal website within 5 working days after the end of the written test.

2. Interview (full score is 100 points, passing mark is 60 points). It will be conducted in the form of a defense, with on-site scoring and unified scores, and the interview results will be announced on-site.
After the exam, the total scores of the candidates will be calculated, ranked according to the total scores of the qualified candidates, and the candidates for physical examination and inspection of each position will be determined in equal proportions according to the number of positions recruited.
The total test scores, physical examinations for each position, and the list of inspection personnel will be announced on the Municipal Meteorological Bureau’s portal website within 2 working days after the interview.

(3) Physical examination and inspection
The physical examination shall be conducted in Zhuhai City's Grade II A or above public hospitals, specifically in accordance with the "Implementation Rules for Physical Examination of Public Recruitment Personnel in Public Institutions in Guangdong Province (Trial)" Execution (the time will be notified separately, and the expenses will be borne by the candidates themselves).
After the physical examination, those who pass the physical examination will be inspected, which will be implemented in accordance with the "Implementation Rules for the Inspection of Open Recruitment Personnel in Public Institutions in Guangdong Province (Trial)".
(4) Determine the personnel to be hired and announce them
Those who pass the physical examination and inspection will be identified as the personnel to be hired. The list of proposed personnel will be announced on the Municipal Meteorological Bureau's portal website within 7 working days.
(5) Handle recruitment procedures
After the publicity period expires and the recruitment results are reported to the competent authority for confirmation, the personnel transfer of the proposed personnel or the acceptance and employment of graduates will be handled.
3. Other matters

(2) If the proposed position becomes vacant due to the following circumstances, candidates who have passed the examination will be filled in equal amounts in order of their total scores: 1. (3) If an applicant whose qualifications are canceled due to various reasons and has signed an employment agreement, the employer has the right to terminate the employment agreement without any compensation to each other.
