The relevant person in charge of Zhoushan Aviation Industry Park Construction Command introduced to the merchants that Zhoushan Aviation Industry Park will be divided into "one park and two districts". Aircraft manufacturing park is located in Zhujiajian Island Island, and parts manufacturing park is located in Zhoushan Economic Development Zone in the north of the island. Among them, Zhujiajian Island Island Aircraft Manufacturing Park has a planned area of 7.88 square kilometers, which will be divided into trunk aircraft manufacturing area, general aircraft manufacturing area, aviation supporting area and airport bonded area.

The Boeing project that businessmen are most concerned about is located in the trunk aircraft manufacturing area, which will be mainly composed of two parts: the 737 completion center jointly invested by Boeing and Comac of China and the 737 delivery center wholly owned by Boeing at the same location.

The first phase of the project covers an area of 40 hectares with a construction area of about 60,000 square meters.

The main facilities of the project include: a manufacturing hangar, a painting hangar, a delivery center office building, four maintenance hangars, public facilities, fire stations, a storage facility, aprons and taxiways connected with the airport. The plant and facilities will be delivered in May, 20 18, and the first aircraft will be officially delivered at the end of 20 18.

According to the plan, the joint venture company will provide installation, painting, maintenance and delivery support services for the interior of the 737MAX series aircraft. When full production capacity is reached, 65,438+000 aircraft will be delivered every year, and 2,000 jobs will be created.

The person in charge also introduced that Zhoushan Aviation Industrial Park will strive to form an aviation industrial chain in an all-round way by 2025, and realize the industrial scale of assembling, delivering and modifying more than 600 aircraft of various types with a flight time of nearly 40,000 hours, with an annual output value of more than 70 billion yuan. The industrial chain has driven more than 1000 billion yuan, which has become a new growth pole of China civil aviation manufacturing industry.
