What does career orientation mean?

Directional recruitment refers to the recruitment of personnel whose specific direction or purpose is defined by the recruiter in advance. In the examination of public institutions, directional recruitment refers to the recruitment of four project personnel who graduated from ordinary colleges and universities and completed their services at the grassroots level. The four project personnel refer to university student village officials, special post teachers, three-support and one-support staff, and western volunteers.

Classification of directional recruitment forms

Job orientation means that the recruiter publishes specific job information, such as position, work place, working time limit, etc. For example, targeted recruitment of village officials.

Conditional orientation means that the recruiter restricts the qualifications, gender, health status, age, experience, region, figure and other conditions of the candidate. Such as internal recruitment and targeted recruitment of fresh college graduates.

Position orientation and conditional orientation are the combination of the above two forms. For example, a bank in a certain place recruits loan officers among university student village officials.
