First, apply for a major

The qualification examination subjects of cost engineer are: basic theory of engineering cost valuation (public course) and engineering cost valuation (professional course). Only those who have passed both courses can obtain the qualification certificate of cost engineer.

Second, the examination form and answer requirements

The course "Basic Theory of Engineering Cost Valuation" is a closed-book exam, all of which are objective questions, with a full score of 100. All the answers will be filled in with 2B pencil on the answer sheet. Candidates are only allowed to bring black pens or signature pens, 2B pencils, corresponding erasers, pencil sharpeners, calculators and related certificates.

"Engineering Valuation" is a closed-book exam, which consists of objective questions and subjective questions. Full score on the test paper 100. All objective questions are filled in the answer sheet with 2B pencils, and subjective questions must be filled in the answer sheet with black pens or signature pens. Candidates are only allowed to bring black pens or signature pens, 2B pencils and corresponding erasers, pencil sharpeners, calculators, relevant certificates and reference books related to their major, such as relevant quotas, specifications and list guides. It is not allowed to bring training materials, handouts, simulated test papers and any materials and copies written by candidates in advance. Draft papers for answering questions are uniformly distributed and recycled by the examination organizers.

Third, the application conditions

Anyone who is law-abiding, abides by professional ethics, has no bad work record, and is under 60 years old (calculated as 20 10,12,31) can apply for the exam according to the following conditions:

(a) engineering cost, engineering (construction) economy, technical secondary school or above;

(two) other professional technical secondary school education, engaged in engineering cost business for one year after graduation;

This test is divided into two categories: new test and additional test, and candidates can only choose one of them to register; Candidates must use the same ID card to register and take the exam. Those who apply for the additional vocational qualification examination can use the existing copy of the qualification certificate of cost engineer (the original inspection) to replace their academic credentials; Applicants for exemption should provide their student ID card, student status certificate, or the original certificate of passing the two related subjects of cost engineer.

Colleges and universities offering engineering cost and engineering (building) economics in the province, please submit the approval documents and other related materials to the local cost management institutions before March 25th, and the local cost management institutions will submit them to the provincial cost management station for the record before March 30th, and directly report them to the provincial cost management station for the record in Hangzhou provincial universities. Approved by the provincial leading group for project cost management, qualified fresh graduates shall report to the provincial cost management station with their school registration certificates and student ID cards. After passing the examination, you will receive the qualification certificate of cost engineer with your graduation certificate. Colleges and universities applying for filing before 2009 should provide the enrollment list of students this year.

Municipal cost management institutions should organize personnel to do a good job in the examination registration on-site confirmation within the specified time, and submit it to the local examiner database before April 20.

Sixth, the admission ticket printing

Candidates who have completed the on-site confirmation, please log on to Zhejiang Cost Information Network from May 24th to 29th, download and print the Admission Ticket and other materials, and take the test at the time and place specified in the Admission Ticket with their valid identity documents (military officer's card, passport and temporary id card).

Seven, charging standards

In 35 yuan, the fees charged by each city per person per subject shall be paid to the provincial cost station at the end of registration according to the standard of each person per subject 15 yuan, and the rest shall be used by the cities for examination fees such as examination registration and examination room rental.
