Notice on the Examination of Professional Qualification Examination for Licensed Pharmacists in Heilongjiang Province in 2022

According to the arrangement of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Personnel Testing Center "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Examination of Professional Qualification Examination for Licensed Pharmacists in 2022" (No.54 [2022] of People's Testing Center), combined with the reality of our province, the relevant matters concerning the examination of professional qualification examination for licensed pharmacists in 2022 are hereby notified as follows:

I. Examination subjects and achievement management measures

The professional qualification examination for licensed pharmacists is divided into two professional categories: pharmacy and traditional Chinese medicine. Each major category includes four examination subjects, all of which are objective questions.

Pharmacy examination subjects: pharmacy professional knowledge (1), pharmacy professional knowledge (2), pharmacy management and regulations, pharmacy comprehensive knowledge and skills.

Chinese medicine examination subjects: professional knowledge of Chinese medicine (1), professional knowledge of Chinese medicine (2), pharmaceutical affairs management and regulations and comprehensive knowledge and skills of Chinese medicine.

Pharmaceutical Administration and Regulations is the same examination subject of pharmacy and traditional Chinese medicine.

Those who take all four exams (with the level of unified examination) must pass all subjects in four consecutive exam years, and those who take two exams (with the level of exemption from examination) must pass the exam subjects in two consecutive exam years before they can obtain the qualification certificate.

Second, the registration matters

(1) Registration requirements

Anyone who meets the requirements stipulated in the Notice of the State Administration of Pharmaceutical Products on Printing and Distributing the Provisions on the Professional Qualification System of Licensed Pharmacists and the Implementation Measures for the Professional Qualification Examination of Licensed Pharmacists (National Medical Products Administration [2065 438] 12) and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (see the column "Entry Conditions" of www.hljrsks.org.cn Personnel Examination Network) can sign up for the examination. The specific requirements of the registration conditions and the transitional measures of the original system shall be implemented with reference to the Letter of the Licensed Pharmacist Center of the State Pharmaceutical Products Administration on the Description of the Registration Conditions for the Licensed Pharmacist Professional Qualification Examination (No.67 [2019]).

According to the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Matters Related to Reducing or Cancelling the Working Years Requirements of Some Access Vocational Qualification Examinations (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2022] No.8), since 2022, the working years requirements of licensed pharmacists' vocational qualification examinations have been adjusted as follows:

1. Get a college degree in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine, and have worked in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for 4 years.

2. Obtain a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine, and have been engaged in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for 2 years.

3. Obtain the second bachelor's degree, postgraduate class or master's degree in pharmacy or Chinese medicine, and have been engaged in pharmacy or Chinese medicine for 1 year.

4. Get a doctorate in pharmacy and traditional Chinese medicine.

5. Those who have obtained the corresponding education or degree in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine will have a corresponding increase in their positions in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine 1 year.

(2) Requirements of notification system

The notification system is implemented for the registration and certification of this exam. Applicants can choose whether to apply through the notification system when registering. If you choose the notification system to apply for the exam, you must know the notification items, meet the application conditions, fill in the true and objective information, be willing to accept the verification of the examination institution, and be willing to bear false legal responsibilities and accept the handling. The examination institution will no longer ask for relevant certificates and handle related matters according to what it has done. If the notification system is not selected, the notification system is not applicable, and the application is withdrawn after the application is filed, the applicant shall handle the relevant matters in accordance with the relevant provisions of the examination institution and submit relevant certification materials.

Examination institutions around the country should strengthen the verification and supervision of candidates, and candidates should accept and cooperate with the verification and supervision of examination institutions. In the process of verification or supervision, if it is found that the applicants do not meet the examination registration conditions and fail to accept the verification and supervision according to the requirements of the examination institutions, the registration will be invalid, the results will be invalid or the qualification certificate (result certificate) will be invalid, and the fees paid will not be refunded. If the applicant provides false or other improper means to obtain the corresponding qualification certificate (certificate of achievement) and other serious violations of discipline and discipline, it shall be handled in accordance with the Provisions on Handling Violations of Discipline and Discipline in the Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel (Order No.3/KLOC-0 of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security). Anyone suspected of committing a crime shall be transferred to judicial organs according to law.

(3) Operating procedures

Candidates jump to the "National Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination Registration Service Platform" through Heilongjiang Personnel Examination Network, and complete registration, registration, payment and printing of the admission ticket (see the "Operation Process" column of Heilongjiang Personnel Examination Network for operation methods, steps and requirements).

Candidates choose the registration city (place) according to the principle of territoriality when registering. Among them, applicants from provincial units in Harbin choose "provincial", and other applicants choose cities (places) according to their territories; Provincial and city (prefecture) level examination institutions are responsible for the qualification examination of the corresponding applicants.

(4) charging standards

According to the Notice of the General Office of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Printing and Distributing the Examination Fee for the Qualification Examination of 18 Professional and Technical Personnel (No.278 issued by the Human Resources and Social Security Department [2015]) and the Notice of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Personnel Examination Center on Printing and Distributing the Examination Fee for the Qualification Examination of Senior Economic Professionals (No.36 issued by the People's Examination Center [2020]), Notice of Heilongjiang Provincial Finance Department of Heilongjiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission on Further Reforming the Management Mode of Vocational Qualification and Professional Title Examination Fees (Heifa Gaijia Letter [2065 438+09] 138) and Notice of Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security on Announcing Six Examination Fees for Advanced Economic Professional and Technical Qualification Examination undertaken by Heilongjiang Personnel Testing Center (Heishehan Letter [2020] No.398).

Third, the examination room setting

In 2022, the licensed pharmacist professional qualification examination will set up test sites in each test area, and the specific location will be subject to the admission ticket.
