Chongqing Seismological Bureau publicly recruits staff of subordinate institutions

The subordinate institutions of Chongqing Seismological Bureau are fully funded by the central government. According to the needs of the work, it is decided to openly recruit staff for the society.

1. recruitment principles

adhere to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit-based, adopt the method of combining interview with assessment, strictly follow the procedures, and select the best candidates according to the standards of appointing people on their merits and having both ability and political integrity.

II. Recruitment positions and places

This time, five staff members of public institutions are recruited for the society, including five social employees in three positions: accounting audit, earthquake safety evaluation and earthquake monitoring management (see the attached table for details).

Third, the conditions for applying for the exam

(1) Have the nationality of the Chinese people and enjoy the political rights of citizens; Adhere to the four cardinal principles and support the party's line, principles and policies;

IV. Registration and qualification examination

(1) Registration time: July 3th-August 6th.

(2) Registration method: by express mail (other methods are invalid). Please log on to Chongqing Earthquake Information Network (website: 222.177.15.24) or Chongqing Personnel Network (website:) on July 3th, download the Registration Form for Public Recruitment of Staff in Subordinate Institutions of Chongqing Seismological Bureau, fill in the personal information (printing or writing by others is invalid), and mail it by express mail to the Personnel Education Department of Chongqing Seismological Bureau (No.339 Honghuang Road, Yubei District, Chongqing, Tel: 6781799) The deadline for submission of letters is before 5: 3 pm on August 6, 28 (subject to the postmark of the letter sent). Each applicant is limited to one position. When registering, you must submit:

1. Three recent one-inch bareheaded front color photos (with their names indicated on the back);

2. One copy of my ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate, household registration certificate and award-winning certificate, or other relevant materials that can prove my ability and level (each copy must be signed by me, otherwise it will be invalid). All application materials will not be returned.

(3) qualification examination: the qualification examination shall be conducted in the order of mailing time. After the qualification examination, those who meet the recruitment conditions will directly enter the interview.

V. Interview

On August 9th, the list of interviewees was published on Chongqing Earthquake Information Network (website: 222.177.15.24), and the interview time and place will be notified separately. The interview is conducted with reference to the structured interview questions for hiring civil servants. After the interview, the candidates to be hired are determined according to the candidates' performance and post situation.

VI. Physical examination, political examination and publicity

The relevant departments of Chongqing Seismological Bureau shall organize the physical examination of the persons to be hired (the medical examination fee shall be paid by themselves), and refer to the General Standard for Physical Examination of National Civil Servants (Trial).

after passing the physical examination, the relevant departments of Chongqing Seismological Bureau will conduct political examination and assessment according to relevant regulations.

those who pass the political examination shall be publicized by the relevant departments of Chongqing Earthquake Administration for 7 days.

those who pass the interview, physical examination, political examination and publicity shall go through the recruitment procedures and enjoy the corresponding treatment by the relevant departments of Chongqing Earthquake Administration. Newly hired personnel shall be on probation according to regulations. Those who pass the probation period and pass the examination will be graded; Those who fail the examination will be disqualified.

VII. Discipline Requirements

Relevant departments and staff involved in examination, political examination and recruitment must consciously abide by the discipline of personnel work, prevent and eliminate unhealthy practices, consciously accept the supervision of discipline inspection and supervision departments and all sectors of society, and strictly prohibit fraud and malpractice to ensure the smooth progress of recruitment.
