500 yuan/month English skill subsidy shall be given to the functional personnel (including the project team) of the headquarters whose English level reaches the corresponding standard.

The specific requirements are as follows:

(1) English proficiency requirements:

The company's requirement for English talents is to have high listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and be able to communicate and translate English documents normally in English. Qualified personnel should have at least one of the following certificates and meet the following corresponding standards.

Grade requirements:

The total score of TEM-8 is above 60.

IELTS speaking, listening, reading and writing are all above 6 points.

TOEFL scores in speaking, listening, reading and writing all reached 18 or above.

The senior interpreter has the qualification certificate of Shanghai Senior Interpreter.

Advanced level of Cambridge Business English (BEC) has reached B and above.

(2) Job requirements: employees of functional departments at headquarters (including project team) (excluding interns)
