Maintenance of high frequency machine

1. Check the water filter regularly;

2. If there is dust on the machine, blow the machine carefully with dry compressed air, but turn off the main power supply;

Fault: Be sure to turn off the main power supply before inspection, because there are thousands to tens of thousands of volts in the machine.

Phenomenon 1: Common red light (overload light)

Original reason:

A) the insulation of the lower die is damaged;

B) Dirt, dust and moisture in the work object, vibrating drum or upper and lower molds need to be cleaned;

C) Level difference between upper and lower dies;

D) The upper and lower dies are in direct contact with each other without insulation;

E) the input power supply is too high;

F) The vacuum tube is damaged or loose;

G) The electronic board for overcurrent protection is damaged, that is, the electronic board with three main appliances;

H) The coherent modulator is too large and the output is too high;

I) The workload is too large, exceeding the rated output of the same aircraft;

J) temperature control part failure;

K) high voltage capacitor is damaged;

L) insulation column (upper formwork) is damaged.

Phenomenon 2: During high-cycle output, the main power supply is disconnected or the fuse is blown.

Original reason:

A) vacuum tube failure.

B) transformer failure.

C) high voltage rectifier board failure.

D) three-phase magnetic switch is damaged.

E) short grid of high voltage line.

F) failure of electric heating plate.

Phenomenon 3: No output.

Original reason:

A) poor contact of the switch.

B) line failure.

C) vacuum tube failure.

Phenomenon 4: poor work.

Reason:

A) poor regulation;

B) mold problem.

C) There is something wrong with the rubber parts (working objects).

D) insulation is too thick and too high.

Note: When the die hits the lower die, the grounding copper sheet must press the lower plate, and the circular copper sheet can be slightly deformed. If the grounding copper sheet is not properly adjusted, the machine will not work stably. When changing molds with different heights, it is necessary to readjust the grounding copper sheet.

2. High frequency and operation sequence

1. First turn on the main switch of three-phase power supply, and then turn on the power switch on the control box on the machine side. If there is a high-frequency switch, don't turn it on for the time being, and then turn on the electric heating power switch. At this point, the vacuum tube and the hot mold begin to preheat.

2. Insulate the lower die, install the upper die at the upper end, press the die test switch, and start debugging the joint position of the upper and lower dies. If the joint of the lower die is poor, move the lower die; if the level is inconsistent, adjust the four pillars of the upper die.

3. After the mold is adjusted, adjust three time controllers (if it is a pedal machine, there is only high-frequency welding time). The descending time is the time from the upper die to the lower die, the welding time is the output time, and the cooling time is the curing time. The above three times need to be used flexibly, and there is no fixed value.

4. If the mold is adjusted for the first time, it is necessary to adjust the interval of homology to the widest.

5. If the above operation has lasted for more than 10- 15 minutes and the temperature reaches the required level, turn on the high-cycle switch and start the operation test.

6. When testing, if the effect is not satisfactory, you need to add the tuner slowly and look at the screen flow meter (please refer to the instruction manual for different models). Check the product. If it is not ideal, add or subtract a little on the tuner until it meets the requirements.

7. The effect of the finished product is determined by the following four aspects:

① Temperature ② Coherent power output ③ Pressure ④ Output high cycle time. Please adjust the above four aspects flexibly.

3. High frequency and precautions

1. This machine must be equipped with a good grounding terminal (connected to the correct grounding wire).

2. The machine is extremely sensitive to humidity and dust and needs to be placed in a suitable working space.

3. The vacuum tube of the machine will generate high heat, so don't put it next to the machine that will generate high heat, and don't install it in the direct solar energy, because the above reasons will affect the heat dissipation function of the vacuum tube.

4. If the shutdown lasts for more than one hour, you need to wait 10- 15 minutes when restarting, so as to preheat the vacuum tube and protect its service life.

5. The upper and lower ends (upper and lower dies) of the machine cannot be in direct contact, and there must be insulation and workpieces in the middle.

6. During operation and high-frequency output, remember not to touch the upper pole output (that is, the upper die), and do not try to directly measure the upper pole output with multimeter, ammeter or other low-frequency and low-voltage instruments, which will lead to accidents.

7. Regularly check the insulation of the lower end (lower die). If there is any damage, burning or breakdown, replace the insulation material immediately. Otherwise, if you continue to work, it will spark and you will not be able to complete the process.

8. If sparks often appear (the upper and lower dies collide and output high frequency) without inspection and maintenance, the machine parts will be damaged and the work will be affected.

9. Work objects used to make finished products should be as free of moisture and dust as possible, because the above objects are easy to cause sparks.

10. After the power is turned on, the machine will hear the sound of the fan rotating (4KW and 5KW are low), which is used to cool the vacuum tube. If the fan fails, it must be repaired immediately, otherwise the vacuum tube will be damaged.
