"Sorry, our company only recruits people with work experience."

1.

When I just graduated from college, I looked for a job. At first, I interviewed several companies, but they all thought that I just graduated with little work experience, so I didn't want it.

during that time, I was under great psychological pressure. I had graduated, and my living expenses became very high. I didn't want to ask for money from my family again, and I had no other source of income, so I just wanted to find a job and settle down as soon as possible.

in order to find a job, I frantically submit my resume on the recruitment website, and I will submit it for any job that I am slightly interested in.

I run around in the interview almost every day except weekends. Although I go to the interview with high passion every time, I always come back dejectedly.

In the process of finding a job, I found that the most frequently asked by interviewers is, "Do you have any work experience?"

When I answered no, some interviewers would be silent, but it was obvious from the subtle changes in their faces that they had lost interest in me. After a brief chat with me, they told me to go back and wait for the notice.

I will also meet the interviewer and say to me directly, "Sorry, we need to have work experience in this position, and you may not be suitable."

I really can't refute this rejection, because I really have no work experience.

2.

I think the recruitment information of many companies now says that three to five years of work experience is required, or those with work experience are preferred.

This is really a big wound for the fresh graduates. When you go to the interview confidently with a well-decorated resume, you are rejected by the interviewer because you have no work experience. How sad that feeling should be.

When I was rejected like this for the first time, I was still very unwilling. On the way back, I thought that society is really cruel. You have no work experience, skills and high education as capital, so you can only be eliminated from the workplace competition.

So, it's not hard to understand why so many recent graduates don't like their first jobs, because they have to settle down and support themselves first.

In order to make a living, they can only do jobs they don't like at first, with low wages, and they are too tired to talk about their jobs every day, so are most recent graduates.

speaking of which, what should an inexperienced person do? Can we just shut the door?

Actually, it's not necessarily true. Experienced people are certainly better when looking for a job, but inexperienced people are not necessarily incapable.

3.

I once heard a graduation speech from Harvard University on the Internet. The speaker was natalie portman, the heroine of the movie "The Killer is Not Too Cold".

In her speech, she warned the graduating Harvard students: "As a newcomer to society, inexperience is exactly your particularly valuable experience. Every time you start to do something new, your inexperience will prevent you from following suit. If you can make good use of it, you can completely develop your own path."

Although our inner insecurity and inexperience often lead us to meet other people's standards or values.

but we can also use this kind of inexperience to open up our own way, a way out of the way things should be, a unique way.

So, inexperience will make you dare to take risks, accept challenges, learn to try new things in your own way, and maybe you will get unexpected surprises.

An experienced person is often bound by inherent ideas. When he does something he used to be familiar with, his experience will lead him to follow the rules, which will make him gradually lack creativity and form path dependence.

But inexperience can help you shape your creativity and get rid of the inherent mindset.

Therefore, in my opinion, when a company recruits new people, it should not be limited to those with work experience, but also pay attention to a person's potential and character.

4.

On the other hand, in fact, every one of us has never started anything without experience, but this society is so realistic. From the perspective of company interests, they are unwilling to give opportunities to inexperienced people unless you have outstanding talents to make up for your inexperience.

I didn't find a job until a week after graduation, but I was lucky. Although I didn't have any work experience, I just read more books during my college years, wrote some articles in my spare time, and often participated in some school competitions and activities, so my language skills were ok.

Although the company they interviewed only recruited people with work experience, I was finally accepted by an exception.

I remember the day of the interview very clearly. My boss said to me, "I read your article and thought this young man had a good attitude, so I invited you to the interview."

I'm a designer, and we all know that the designer's work must be the most important thing in the interview, but the boss didn't look at my work at all that day and asked me to try it the next day.

In this way, I successfully passed the probation period and stayed. Now it is incredible to think about it.

So, I always feel lucky, but luck also patronizes those who are prepared. I never thought that I might find my first job with it when I wrote the article.

Finally, for those who haven't entered the workplace, please remember that you must improve your personal abilities during your college years, whether you speak English well or write excellent articles, or you have outstanding leadership skills and interpersonal skills.

As long as your attitude towards life is warm enough, calm and enterprising, even a cruel society will not fail you.

These accumulated abilities will enable you to cross the threshold of inexperience and bring unexpected surprises when looking for a job.
