What is the reasonable commission for headhunters?

Enterprises entrust the positions they need to recruit to headhunting companies, and headhunting companies need to charge a certain headhunting service commission according to the positions. The charging standard mainly depends on three aspects: rate, payment method and guarantee period.

Foreign headhunting companies are more than 30 years earlier than domestic headhunting companies, so now there are many foreign-funded or Sino-foreign joint-venture headhunting companies in China, and the rate of such companies is generally around 30%-35%.

The general rate of domestic headhunting companies is about 20%-30%, depending on the company's difficulty, scarcity, job level and salary.

The charging methods of headhunting companies can be divided into three types:

I. Prepayment expenses:

After the cooperation agreement is reached, the enterprise will pay an advance payment ranging from1-30,000 yuan, which can be used for job recruitment expenses, and the rest will be collected in one lump sum after job recruitment. (Advance payment customers will be more actively recommended by general headhunting partners, with higher success rate and shorter cycle)

B. Pay by results:

Generally, advance payment is not accepted, and the first payment is paid for the recruitment position, which is generally 50%-80% of the total cost, and the final payment is paid after the applicant is insured.

C. Payment by process:

Recommend your resume, and make sure to hand it in 25% before the interview, 25% after the interview, 25% after the job and 25% after the guarantee period. The specific proportion can be determined through consultation.
