Where can I recruit wall painters?

Generally, wall painting is not called a wall painter. Wall painting can be painted by a student or a master. As for the need to paint the wall:

Individual bosses have to draw billboards by hand (this is really rare), and it is not necessarily painting the walls. This consumes a lot, and such a boss will be cheated!
