The difference between Angang's nationals and contracts

Angang is a large state-owned enterprise, and its employees are all employees owned by the whole people, commonly known as state employees. It is a worker who distributes employment according to the national plan. Larger collective and contract workers are guaranteed, which is a form of labor ownership under the planned economy.

State contracts are employees of private enterprises, while enterprise contracts are contracts of state-owned enterprises, which are different in nature.

All migrant workers refer to workers who are recruited by planning collective employment indicators according to the production needs of enterprises. After signing a one-time labor contract, the income of the enterprise shall be used to pay the labor wages and other corresponding social security benefits of the enterprise.

Contract workers are short-term employees recruited by enterprises and institutions through signing contracts. Strictly speaking, the so-called all employees, contract workers and collective workers belong to contract workers, but they are called differently because of their different work units.
