However, when building a beautiful home, they often encounter many difficulties, and there are always too many pain points in traditional home decoration. Faced with these chaos and worries, Yan Weiyang, chairman of Shengdu Decoration, gave the answers one by one.
Yan Weiyang, Zhejiang Wuyiyin, 1998 graduated from Zhejiang University of Technology and is currently the chairman of Shengdu Jiezhuang Group. He is currently the vice chairman of the presidium of Zheshang Economic Development Council, an outstanding entrepreneur in Zhejiang architectural decoration industry, and the executive director of the sixth Council of Zhejiang Architectural Decoration Industry Association. Standardization and benefit distribution are the reasons for the chaos in the home improvement industry.
Z: Speaking of the chaos in this industry, people who have experienced home improvement think it was a painful and long time. From brand vendors, material vendors to design and construction, the procedures are complicated, and owners who don't understand these are easily deceived. So, what is the reason for this confusion?
Y: First, the decoration industry involves a wide range, with many materials, long time and complicated technology. If the products are not standardized, it is difficult to have standardized management and unified price specifications; Second, the distribution of benefits is a problem. The renovation cost of a house is very high, involving many management nodes, including designers, project managers, work shifts, materials, logistics and transportation. Therefore, the irregular distribution of interests is also one of the reasons for the chaos.
In 2007, Shengdu took the lead in launching the "Building Standard Process", formulated the standardization scheme of architecture and image technology, laid the foundation of industry standards, and won unanimous praise from industry associations and leaders at all levels. In the same year, the "Standardization Project" of Shengdu was fully promoted, and it was also recommended as an excellent enterprise in China.
Z: I already know how to decorate, but my work is very busy. I can't buy this kind of material and that kind of furniture from time to time, but I don't trust the construction team. what can I do?
Y: According to different types of customers, Sandu has introduced "8090", "112", "13 14" and "1612". In order to ensure the quality of products and services, we cooperate with mainstream first-line brands and source materials directly to ensure the interests of consumers.

Service and word of mouth are the best business cards for home improvement enterprises.
Z: Many car owners have another worry. They are afraid that after all kinds of strict checks, they will find that there is a gap between the renovated house and the original renderings, and the renovated house is different from what they imagined!
Y: In order to let consumers have a more intuitive experience of the effect after renovation, Shengdu has made every effort to build a model room for the whole house. Compared with 1, 1 restores the appearance of the renovated home, making it "the house is not installed, and the home is finished", which is also convenient for consumers to compare after renovation and reduces the gap. ?
Z: The renovation is over, but there is still an after-sales problem. Many users think it is ok when the house is just renovated, but after a period of use, various problems appear. How to guarantee after-sales service?
Y: The values of Shengdu are "customer satisfaction is the first principle". Decoration is an industry that just needs low frequency, and it needs the reputation of consumers most. We have a very important evaluation index, which is "rate of return". Therefore, Shengdu attaches great importance to after-sales service, and has built a seven-star service system in Shengdu, providing every customer with a dedicated butler service team, which runs through the whole process of pre-sale, sale and after-sale, and immediately follows up customer needs. In addition, Shengdu has set up corresponding warranty services for hydropower projects, masonry projects, woodworking projects and painting projects to protect customers' after-sales interests.

Z: Actually, we should maintain a positive and optimistic attitude in decoration. If you don't know how to decorate, it's best to leave professional things to professional people. Then how to judge the quality of the project? What is the standard?
Y: As for the standards of engineering quality, countries, localities and industries all have standard systems, and Shengdu also has its own construction standards and technology patents. First of all, compliance with national, local and industry standards is the foundation, but Shengdu's vision is "a healthy and self-sufficient ecologist in China" and it is committed to creating a healthier, more ecological and safer home for its customers. This is the standard of the holy capital.
Z: In recent years, people tend to be self-enclosed. What is the current level of self-sufficiency? What kind of convenience can a complete set of clothes bring to consumers?
Y: 20 17 is the first year of complete sets of equipment for the home improvement industry. Many large and medium-sized home improvement enterprises have begun to implement the all-inclusive model, including some cross-industry enterprises, and they are also optimistic about the "all-inclusive" business.
Indeed, with the improvement of consumer demand, self-assembly is a brand-new one-stop service mode in the field of home improvement, which integrates necessary services such as decoration materials, infrastructure construction, soft decoration design and installation, customized furniture design and installation, and land reclamation and cleaning before moving in. Users only need to buy household appliances and daily necessities to move in, which is more worry-free, labor-saving and economical than before. corporate vision in Shengdu is a "healthy self-assembled ecologist in China".
To this end, we are also making continuous efforts, and have established strategic cooperation with Hansen of South Korea, hoping to jointly promote the development of the whole package business. South Korea's Hansen, founded in 1970, is currently the listed company with the largest market share in South Korea, and has strong advantages in cabinets and soft clothes. Shengdu started from traditional home decoration, and has strong competitiveness in hard decoration, so as to achieve complementary advantages and win-win. Z: Actually, in China, home decoration can be traced back to ancient times. Since people have a house, people have begun to decorate and beautify the interior in various ways. But there are too many home improvement companies in the market. What do you think is the charm of your company?
Y: I always say, "Home is where my dream begins". I regard home as a small family and Saint-Capital as a big family. All Shengdu people are "Shengdu family". Shengdu's "family culture" is the essence of Shengdu's corporate culture; The family of Shengdu is the core and biggest asset of Shengdu.
In Shengdu, in addition to on-the-job employees, there are nearly 10,000 shift workers who support their families. The significance of Shengdu's efforts is not only to manage the enterprise itself, but also to manage the workers in our furniture industry.
Only in this way can Shengdu unite the "heart of home" from the inside out, take "home" as the core, serve customers and meet every expectation.
