3. Compensation standards for expropriation and main contents of compensation and resettlement

The compensation standard for land acquisition for this project is RMB 3.01 million/mu , a total of RMB 469.6503 million, all of which is monetary compensation. Among them, the land compensation is 1.3 million yuan/mu, RMB 202.839 million; the resettlement subsidy is 1.71 million yuan/mu, RMB 266.8113 million.

IV. The number and resettlement methods of land acquisition and resettlement people

According to Beijing Municipal regulations, 282 agricultural people will be resettled in this land acquisition; 135 of them will be farmers from Taipingqiao Street, Fengtai District, Beijing. The Huying Village Village Committee carried out resettlement, and the 101 over-transferred persons were resettled in accordance with the relevant regulations of our city.
