Where to find a part-time job?

There are many companies that don't have frequent demand for photo retouching, but the demand does exist. It may be that some circle of friends should be made during the holidays. My previous companies were all like this, and I was also looking for a friend who was a part-time graphic designer to do it. If I am the landlord, I can screen companies by region on the recruitment website and take the initiative to attack.
