In order to meet the needs of teachers for starting school in autumn in our county and ensure the orderly operation of the school. With the consent of the county party Committee and the county government, we openly recruit supernumerary contract teachers for the society. The relevant matters are announced as follows:

1. Recruitment positions and number

There are 87 supernumerary contract teachers recruited in Dean County, including 5 vocational middle schools, 5 primary school teachers in urban areas and 32 kindergarten teachers in urban areas. Please refer to Annex 1 for the specific recruitment conditions and number of people.

ii. recruitment targets and conditions

those who meet the requirements of the recruitment position and have obtained the teacher qualification certificate at the corresponding level (those who have applied for the teacher qualification recognition in 223 and have gone through the corresponding recognition procedures can apply).

(II) Conditions

1. Abide by the Constitution, laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China;

2. Have good conduct and professional ethics;

3. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;

4. Middle school positions should have junior college education or above, and junior high school or above teacher qualifications; Primary school posts should have secondary school education and above, and primary school and above teacher qualifications; Kindergarten posts should have secondary school education or above, and kindergarten-level teacher qualifications; One of the major of academic qualifications and the subject of teacher qualification certificate must be the same as or close to the recruitment subject; Under 4 years of age (born on or after July 1, 198); I or my immediate family members (spouse, my parents, spouse's parents) must be permanent residents in all counties and districts of Jiujiang City.

Those who have one of the following circumstances are not qualified to apply for the exam:

1. Those who have been criminally punished for crimes;

2. Those who have been expelled from public office;

3. Those suspected of violating the law and discipline are being examined by discipline inspection and supervision organs or judicial organs, and no conclusion has been reached;

4. For those who violate the laws and regulations on population and family planning and exceed family planning, except for collecting social support fees according to relevant regulations, they are less than 5 years old (the date of punishment is calculated from the date of announcement);

5. Violating social morality and professional ethics, causing adverse effects;

6. Other circumstances that are not suitable for registration.

III. Recruitment Procedures

(1) Registration (qualification examination)

1. Registration time: August 2-August 21, 223

August 2: All subjects in middle schools, Chinese subjects in primary schools and English subjects in primary schools are registered;

August 21st: Primary school mathematics discipline and kindergarten discipline registration.

2. Registration method and place: On-site registration is adopted. When registering, you need to wear a mask, take your temperature, scan the password and enter the registration place, and conduct qualification examination when registering. The registration place is in the conference room of the County Education and Sports Bureau on the fourth floor of Dean County Citizen Service Center.

3. Registration items and requirements: Please download the registration form (Annex 2) and the letter of commitment to apply in good faith (Annex 3), print it and fill it out as required and hand it in at the time of registration. At the time of registration, you must also bring your ID card, your or your immediate family member's household registration book, academic certificate, teacher qualification certificate (if you haven't obtained it yet, provide the certificate issued by the accreditation institution), an original and a copy of the Putonghua grade certificate, an electronic registration filing form of academic certificate with two-dimensional code (downloaded from Xuexin.com), a "No Violation of Family Planning Certificate" issued by the county-level health and family planning department and a recent bareheaded 2-inch color photo (the requirements are the same as those on the registration form).

The staff of the County Education and Sports Bureau will set up a WeChat group to invite successful candidates to enter, and ask candidates to pay attention to the WeChat WeChat official account published by Dean Education.

4. Admission ticket issuance: The time and place for obtaining the written (interview) admission ticket shall be subject to the notice in the WeChat group, and candidates shall take the test according to the requirements in the admission ticket.

(2) Examination

The examination is divided into written examination and interview, and the total score of both written examination and interview is 1 points. When calculating the total score of primary and secondary schools, the written test and interview scores each account for 5%; When calculating the total score of kindergarten posts, the written test score accounts for 4%, and the interview score accounts for 6%.

The written test content of middle school posts is the professional knowledge of junior high school (about 8%) and the comprehensive knowledge of education (about 2%); The written test content of primary school posts is the professional knowledge of junior high school (about 8%) and the comprehensive knowledge of education (about 2%); The content of the written test for kindergarten posts is the comprehensive knowledge of early childhood education. According to the order of the written test scores from high to low, the interviewers for primary and secondary schools are determined according to the ratio of 1:2, and the interviewers for kindergartens are determined according to the ratio of 1:1.5. All applicants less than or equal to the number of recruitment plans will enter the interview.

2. Interview

The interview content is the textbooks currently used in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in our county. Take the way of lecture, mainly test the comprehensive quality and business ability of candidates, and control the interview time within 1 minutes.

The interview work will be organized separately. It is estimated that there will be 4 interview groups in * * *, and each interview group will employ 7 examiners (all from other places will arrive at the test center half an hour before the exam starts). On-the-spot grading is adopted in the interview, and a highest score and a lowest score are removed. The candidate's score is the average of five examiners' scores.

(III) Physical examination

The physical examination personnel in each position determine the physical examination objects according to the recruitment plan 1: 1 from high score to low score. The physical examination items shall be carried out according to the Physical Examination Measures of Jiangxi Province for Teachers' Qualifications (Trial) (No.9 [21] of Jiangxi Jiaofa). The physical examination object needs to go to the designated hospital for physical examination, and the medical examination fee is self-care. The time and place are subject to the notice in the WeChat group.

Those who fail to attend the physical examination according to the prescribed time shall be deemed to have given up the medical examination qualification. For those who fail the physical examination, the physical examination shall be made up in turn according to the total score.

for those who intend to enter the medical examination during pregnancy, refer to the unified management measures for recruiting teachers in the whole province, and arrange another medical examination after delivery.

(4) Selection of posts

Those who have passed the physical examination and belong to the same academic section and subject post are selected from high to low according to the total score, and the teaching school is determined.

(V) Publicity

The list of persons to be employed determined after job selection will be publicized on WeChat WeChat official account in official website and Dean Education of Dean County People's Government for 3 working days. During the publicity period, if there is any objection to the personnel to be hired, it can be directly reflected to the supervision department of Dean County. If the problems found in the publicity are verified through investigation, the qualification of the personnel to be hired will be cancelled.

(VI) Employment and treatment

The supernumerary teachers who have no objection after publicity will be assessed by the teaching school for a three-month probation period, and those who pass the examination after the probation period will be formally hired and signed an employment contract. For the supernumerary teachers who are formally employed (including the probation period), the monthly salary will be determined according to the salary standard of the newly hired teachers, and the "five insurances and one gold" will be paid according to the law. During the employment period, the personnel management shall be implemented with reference to the Regulations on Personnel Management of Public Institutions (one employment period is 3 years). After the expiration of the employment period, the employee can continue to be employed after passing the examination, and the maximum employment period is 6 years when there are 2 periods. If both parties need to cancel the contract, they must inform each other in writing two months in advance.

special note: the person to be hired during pregnancy will not be hired for the time being. After the expiration of the maternity leave, they will pass the physical examination and then be formally employed. During the period from the beginning of school this autumn to the expiration of maternity leave, if I am physically fit to take up my post and there is a need in the post-selection school, I can teach in the post. The school where I work will sign a temporary agreement by hiring a substitute teacher to clarify my responsibilities, obligations and benefits before taking up my post.
