If you include the written test, the first-round interview (human resources), and the second-round interview (employing department), it will take about two hours. Of course, it does not include The time you wait for the interview will usually take up a whole morning or afternoon. Sometimes there is only one interview (i.e. HR and hiring departments together). I personally don't feel it's very strict.
