Research and teaching in the Third Staff Hospital of Baotou Steel, Inner Mongolia

In September, 2008, the Third Staff Hospital of Baotou Steel Group, affiliated to Baotou Medical College, was officially listed, which indicated that the contact and cooperation between the hospital and Baotou Medical College were further strengthened, and the comprehensive strength of the hospital was widely recognized by the society. Inner Mongolia Psychological Counselor Training Base and Baotou Kunqu Opera Mental Disability Rehabilitation Technical Guidance Center were successfully listed in the hospital in 2008. In September 2008, the hospital successfully held the first training course of systematic psychoanalysis in the western region, and 53 people participated in the study exchange, which expanded the influence of the hospital and enhanced the friendship among colleagues.

In 2008, there were 15 scientific research projects, including 1 in autonomous region, 3 in Baotou city and1in Baotou steel, all of which have passed the expert appraisal. Among them, the observation of the curative effect of Holmium laser in urology and anorectal surgery on ureteral polyps, the application of nucleoside analogues in the treatment of chronic liver diseases in infectious diseases, the clinical study of painless bronchoscopy in respiratory and digestive departments, the clinical study of argon ion coagulation in the treatment of intestinal polyps under painless colonoscopy, and the application of new medical models in clinical consultation in psychological rehabilitation clinics. Seven scientific research topics, such as general thoracic surgery, clinical research on ultrasound-guided guided guided wire biopsy of breast minor lesions with negative clinical palpation, CT radiology, CT examination and diagnostic value of gastric tumors in special parts, cooperation project between otolaryngology and pediatrics, and analysis and research on screening results of transient evoked otoacoustic emissions in newborns with hyperbilirubinemia, have reached the advanced level in China. Clinical study on large-area tooth defect after restoration of dental polymeric porcelain inlay, minimum cost analysis of three drug delivery schemes for coronary heart disease and angina pectoris, comparative study on clinical efficacy of venlafaxine, sulpiride and fluoxetine in the treatment of somatoform disorder in psychological rehabilitation department, TORCH examination and analysis of pregnant women in Baotou city. The project of cooperation between nursing department and three outpatient departments, the clinical research on the treatment of ⅱ ~ ⅲ degree bedsore by external application after suture of cooked egg skin, and the clinical control research on early comprehensive rehabilitation of patients with tubal pregnancy by obstetrics and gynecology, laparoscopy or surgery, neurology and cerebrovascular disease have reached the leading level in the autonomous region. Scientific research appraisal has been well received by peers in the city.

The hospital overcame financial difficulties, built clinical skills training bases, student dormitories and other teaching facilities, and the teaching conditions in the hospital were improved and standardized. The demonstration of monthly teaching rounds has effectively promoted the improvement of teaching quality.

The number of master's degree programs in hospitals has reached three, and the number of master's tutors in Baotou Medical College has increased to five. In 2008, two master's degree programs (four master's degree programs) were enrolled. Completed 26 lectures on continuing medical re-education projects in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and participated in 8678 continuing medical re-education studies. He completed 360 hours of clinical theory courses in Baotou Medical College and 832 hours of clinical probation. Completed 22 10 hours of clinical theory course in Baotou Health School. In 2008, the hospital published 36 medical papers, including 26 national papers and 10 provincial papers.

Personnel training Strengthen personnel training, select health technicians and managers for further training in a planned and targeted manner, attach importance to employees' on-the-job learning, constantly change knowledge structure, update concepts and increase talents. In the whole year, health technical personnel were selected for further training 17, and management personnel were trained 140, of which 8 participated in Tsinghua University EMBA study. Encourage employees to participate in continuing education and adult education, and improve their academic qualifications and ability.

According to the needs of hospital development, medical, nursing and medical technology professionals are openly recruited for the society. Recruitment is carried out in accordance with written examination, interview, skill operation, psychological test, physical examination and other procedures. The employing department also participates in public interview and skill operation assessment, which is truly open, fair and just. In 2008, the hospital recruited 1 17 health technicians, including 3 graduate students.
